A well-maintained campground in a wonderfully peaceful and natural setting.
The restroom facilities are always clean (the operator can’t be held responsible for messes left behind by other guests who don’t know how to behave). The campground offers two kitchens—including a dishwasher that can be used free of charge—cooking facilities with a … wide range of equipment, a freezer (for everyone), and a refrigerator (for tent campers), an excellently maintained playground, plenty of pedal cars for kids, a kiosk with fresh bread rolls and pizza delivery, and a rotating selection of food trucks. A very well-organized trash station. Free activities for kids, such as roasting marshmallows and sports & games. Without exception, the staff are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. And anyone who works with people knows how hard that can be sometimes. Spacious campsites. Simply amazing! Ein vorbidlich geführter Platz in traumhaft ruhiger und naturnaher Umgebung.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind immer sauber (für Hinterlassenschaften von anderen Gästen die nicht wissen wie man sich benimmt kann kein Betreiber etwas dafür). Das Angebot mit zwei Küchen inkl Spülmaschiene die kostenlos benutzt werden dürfen, Kochgelegenheiten mit vielfältigem Equipment, Gefrierschrank (für alle) und Kühlschrank (für Zeltcamper), ein ausgezeichnet gepflegter Spielplatz, etliche Pedal-Fahrzeuge für Kinder, ein Kiosk mit Brötchen und Pizzaservice. Wechselnde Foodtrucks. Eine sehr gut organisierte Müllstation. Kostenlose Angebote für Kinder in Form von Marshmallows grillen und Sport&Spiel. Ausnahmslos freundliche Mitarbeiter die immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen haben. Und wer mit Menschen arbeitet weiß wie schwer das manchmal sein kann. Großzügige Stellplätze. Einfach toll! Wir kommen aus dem schwärmen nicht mehr raus... wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Wir waren im Oktober nochmal zu Besuch. Die Rezeption ist "nur" noch nachmittags besetzt, aufgrund der eher weniger besetzten Auslastung waren nicht mehr alle Sanitäranlagen geöffnet, aber genug. Dennoch sauber und ordentlich. Immernoch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf die nächste Sommerbuchung. ♡ -

Rasen zu hoch und auch die Sanitäranlagen wurden in der Woche wo wir da waren nicht gereinigt. Müll wurde regelmäßig geleert, das Toilettepapier aufgefüllt. Aber leider nicht geputzt. -

Damen som kun var i receptionen fra kl 15 til kl 17 var meget meget dårlig til dansk.
Vi lå rundingen til campere med strøm, vi skulle betale for tilslutning 3 gange, vi lå der 3 dage? ?Og 30 kr for strøm pr dag, der stod ellers at der skulle betales via måler? Det kunne damen ikke forklare.
Da vi lå i rundingen fik vi som medlem af DCU ikke fordels rabat😦
Og kun åbent til 1 dame toilet og 1 herre toilet og 1 damebad og 1 herrebad og 1 fælles med toilet og bad😦 -

We spent the last two days of our Scandinavia trip in Ballum and were completely satisfied! It’s a well-designed campground with plenty of activities, especially for kids.
A spacious dog run, a surprisingly small but diverse selection in the shop, and the pizza, which tasted great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The restrooms, … kitchen, dishwashing area, and common areas are all well-maintained and clean, with no backlog of repairs.

Unser Abschluss nach der Skandinavien Reise verbachten wir zwei Tage in Ballum und waren voll zufrieden! Es ist ein gut gestalteter Platz, mit vielen Angeboten gerade für Kids.
Ein großzügig gestalteter Hundeauslauf, überraschend kleines aber breit gefächertes Angebot im Shop, sowie die Pizza die sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Sanitäranlage, Küche, Abwaschbereich und Aufenthaltesbereiche allesamt gepflegt und sauber, kein Reparaturstau.
Viele verschiedene Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten bieten sich. -

Everything here was very homey, clean, and comfortable. We felt very at home during our nearly 3 weeks here. There’s everything you need here. You can even have your dishes washed in a dishwasher for free if you’d like. Kitchen appliances are available, and a cozy library makes your stay more enjoyable when the weather is bad. As someone with a … gluten intolerance, I was especially pleased that you can order gluten-free rolls, which also taste great. Everyone was very friendly, and whenever there were any issues, a solution was found quickly. The shower and restroom facilities were very clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely love coming back here. Thank you very much.

Hier war alles sehr familiär, sauber und komfortabel. Haben uns in den knapp 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier gibt es alles was man braucht. Selbst den Abwasch kann man auf Wunsch in einer Maschine erledigen lassen kostenlos. Küchengeräte stehen zur Verfügung und eine gemütliche Bibliothek erleichtert den Aufenthalt bei schlechtem Wetter. Für mich mit Glutenunverträglichkeit eine besondere Freude, das man auch glutenfreie Brötchen bestellen kann, die auch noch toll schmecken. Alle sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Dusch und Toilettenräume sehr sauber und komfortabel. Hier kommen wir bestimmt gerne wieder her. Vielen Dank
