We spent our summer vacation as a family in a water house in the vacation park and were very satisfied. The house was great and the grounds were well-kept and clean. It was an absolute paradise, especially for children, and there was a lot on offer. We would love to come back!

Overpriced campsite with obsolete and poorly maintained sanitary facilities, and a cold, mercantile welcome. Night-time noise uncontrolled because there is no janitor present. Unfortunately only 4 stars, it's not the first time we've been here. But this year we were a little disappointed, we didn't pay too little for our pitch, of course we could look out to sea which was great but our pitch had no water connection. It got louder and louder every evening with music being played from 3 sides, which is all well and good, but 1 would have been enough. The thing that bothered me the most were the cyclists and e-scooters riding down the mile. It really can't be true that pedestrians have to make way because there isn't enough space. It's even signposted that you're not allowed to ride down there, it's bad that many adults do it too 'really great example', on the whole it was fine.

I am shocked by the high number of negative reviews. My partner and I had an incredibly nice 3-week vacation. The campsite is well cared for, neat and clean. The cottages are practical and clean. The staff is friendly. The pool is incredibly beautiful and well cared for. The location is a bit remote if you want a beach but a 5 minute drive will get you there too. Went in this direction with a gut feeling but really experienced the opposite of the reviews. The only downside is having to pay for a bed at the pool. On the one hand, this prevents towel laying, but having to pay for a bed at the accommodation is a bit separate. However, if you just go ahead and lie down, no one says anything about it.

We are currently on vacation at the campsite and are having a very good stay. The big negative point is the restaurant. The quality isn't up to scratch despite the reasonable prices (it's not worth more), and it's great to hire seasonal workers, most of whom are friendly, but it would be good to train them before the season. Another small detail: the paddling pool is rather old and very dirty.

Small orderly family campground. With small but fine pool and reasonably spacious places to stand. When everything is full it can be a bit crowded at dishwashing and sanitary buildings. The small forest and stream is great for the kids to play in and build dams. Definitely recommended in beautiful surroundings.

Goede camping, er wordt veel georganiseerd voor kinderen en het zwembad is netjes. Ze kijken echt met je mee naar de mogelijkheden en veel is op een half uur rijden. De camping ligt wel op een heuvel dus mocht je in de omgeving willen fietsen hou hier dan rekening mee. Kinderboerderij is leuk voor de kleintjes. Stroom valt wel regelmatig uit, dat is best een tegenvaller.

Unfortunately the vacation is over and we are on our way back to the Netherlands. Our son of 5 asked right away if we can go back next year. We have to think about this :-) For us it was the first time camping with our own tent and we really enjoyed it, also because of the nice campsite. The children can play safely on the campsite (no busy road where they could walk to, no lake, no traffic on the campsite etc) and it is very clear. In addition, fun things are organized for kids (including children's disco, children's cinema and crafts). Dora radiates a certain tranquility and we could notice that in our son, who loved going to the activities. And if the kids have a good time, so do the parents often! In the evening/night it cooled down very nicely, which also made sleeping well after a hot day. Nearby plenty of fun things to do and restaurants, for tips you can look in the camping app. The silent disco for adults was hilarious, hadn't done this before, but more fun than I expected.

Well, at the end of our vacation, (which actually ends tomorrow), I can say that we had a not great time, more!!!!! Very nice village, we were in a lodge, where we did not miss anything, we were very comfortable. Great attention to children, staff always friendly and smiling. Pools very nice, just a little dirty with sand and leaves at times.. But still we enjoyed them very much. Also very good bar, I supermarket, tobacco shop, in short. There is nothing lacking. But the thing we liked the most was the animation!!! One more good and nice than the other! Thank you for making us have so much fun! We will come back next year!
