Campingplatz in toller Lage direkt am Fluss. Bushaltestelle direkt auf der anderen Flussseite. Die Busse fahren sowohl nach Diekirch als auch nach Ettelbruck.

Campsite with a pleasant atmosphere (goats roaming freely, no noisy entertainment, soft music in the toilets). The price is a bit high: 118 euros for 2 nights for 3 people on a pitch. Swimming pool not great, but covered. Direct access to the beach.

This past week my family and I were able to enjoy a week of camping at De Kalverliefde. We stayed in the Barntent and this was a very luxurious tent, equipped with all amenities. Everything is neatly maintained by the very involved owners. The children had a great time and various activities were organized. There was really catered to the individual, very nice! Also the immediate surroundings lend themselves well to a nice walk. Highly recommended!

No opinion about the rooms and service were visiting friends

Normaal kiezen we voor een kleinschalige camping buiten het seizoen. In augustus is dit voor ons een te drukke camping met véél te kleine plaatsen, gericht op gezinnen met kinderen. Totaal geen privacy. Ondanks dit negatief punt toch een mooi verlof gehad. Broodjesservice + zwembad zijn top. Prachtige wandelregio (daarvoor zijn we eigenlijk gekomen). Wel één groot nadeel zijn de berkenbomen, wat een vuiligheid. We zijn nu een week thuis en vinden nog steeds berkenwantsen in onze caravan.

Klidný kemp, možnost navštívit kupu krásných míst. Vybavená kuchyně, posezení venku. Po cyklostezce dojedete do Lidlu, Boni, ale i jiné obchody. V pátek trh.

This is the second time we've stayed at a Huttopia campsite, and our experience at the Landes Sud campsite was mixed. There were a number of positive points, including the warm welcome, good bread (to be ordered the day before), proximity to the town of Léon and the beaches, and bike paths just a few kilometers away. However, depending on the pitch you're allocated, the experience can vary greatly. We had pitch 12, which was certainly large but located between 5 other pitches and at the front of the campsite near the main road. Our neighbors were respectful, but there's no privacy in these conditions. What's more, the (outdoor) sanitary facilities, including toilets, washing machine and dishwashing area, are located just behind these pitches, causing incessant traffic, particularly from 7 a.m. and late evening, especially for the toilets. It should be noted that there are no regulations governing the hours of use of the washing machine. In short, a concert of flushing toilets, slamming doors, spinning machines and noisy dishes. In addition to its proximity, this toilet block is undersized for the number of users, necessitating queuing for toilets, showers and washing-up. Shower pressure is also variable. It seems to us that the front of the campsite offers a far less qualitative experience than the back of the campsite, where the pitches are less overlooked, quieter and where the toilet block is quantitatively better equipped. We found it hard to identify with the values advocated by Huttopia, and felt that there was more of a drive for efficiency (particularly in the choice to cram pitches together) and little thought given to the quality and fairness of the experience offered to each and every camper.)

I was only visiting here so I did not stay overnight. But it looks fine. Nice spacious sites, well-appointed tents on the "glamping" and very clean plumbing.

Very good experience for one night (Wonderbox offer). The ecolodge was clean. Quiet environment. We had a good night. Friendly staff. The breakfast was copious. Only downside: the toilets were not clean, no cleaning from 5:45pm to 8am.
