We, 2 adults and 2 children, stayed 5 days/ 4 nights at Rot Watergorgels on de Zandstuve. The place is very nice, in the middle small playgrounds (marked on the plan for which age), we had for 6-&6+ and a table tennis table. The sanitary building is new, clean and warm (even underfloor heating). Showers/children's baths with shower card per person/night 6 minutes were perfectly adequate for us, you could also have charged them. For the family showers, 6 minutes are only deducted once, although three showers are turned on. A time display would have been nice 😅. The entertainment was great, our children especially loved the theater parade & the dancing/crafts in the morning. Indoor playground and swimming pool very nice. Supermarket is small and you can only get the essentials. Stuff to Go was OK, long waiting times, at least that's how we felt... Brasserie unfortunately not used 😅... Highlight Cobus, the owl the mascot... Conclusion we would recommend it and come back again ❤️...

Nice place to enjoy some peace and quiet. Even nicer in summer when everything is open and you can use the space around the beach bar.

Muddy pitches, poorly prepared for rain. Very noisy, freeway passes right next to it. Bus to Colmar at the door. Excellent reception.

We were there for the first and also the last time. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We had booked a chalet. And it was only poorly equipped, moreover it was just cramped inside and when it started to rain everything in front of the house was under water. You also get the impression that only the first impression is nice. The area around the entrance is cleaned every day. And the more you go through to the back, the opposite is the case. At the back of the beach there was garbage everywhere and also dog excrement although they are not even allowed there. The swimming pool is small and dirty. When we were in the pool there were plasters stuck to the wall and the water was murky. In addition, there is no supervision on site and as a result some guests behave recklessly jumping from the waterfall and all corners into the water, throwing balls across the water.

We've been coming here for a few years now. The location is fantastic, the pitches large, lots of nature and a great swimming lake. The facilities for the children are absolutely great. It was our last time here, the friendliness of the reception staff and their flexibility now leave a lot to be desired. Seasonal campers used to be welcome, but today they are more of a burden. We are looking for something new....

Have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Beautiful location, immaculately maintained and different staff over our various visits have been unfailingly helpful and friendly. Try to book a riverside pitch to put the icing on the cake! Beaulieu itself is delightful with its old quarter, restaurants and shops only an easy five minutes walk from the site.

Despite very warm outside temperatures - ice-cold water in water parks. Ice-cold water also in water playgrounds for children. An absolute no-go. Contrary to the information on the home page, nothing is heated (or only minimally heated). Unfortunately, we were almost unable to use the pools. Danger of catching a cold. Delivery traffic and holidaymakers drive too fast across the grounds. Walking speed applies. However, this is not sufficiently controlled. In our opinion, the speed should be more strictly regulated. It's about the children. Otherwise a beautiful, well-kept resort. Beautiful accommodation, friendly service, great entertainment program, plenty of shopping opportunities, good restaurants, nice playgrounds, clean beach!

We received a very friendly welcome, had nice and clean accommodation and the proximity to the beach was really great. I will miss the view from the Duinlodge.

If you're looking for an unusual place to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature, I can't recommend this Huttopia village highly enough. This place is a true haven of peace. Functional, comfortable accommodation. And I'd like to give a special mention to the friendly, attentive staff.
