The service is perfect and so are the rooms. I recommend it.

Pleasant staff, clean sanitary facilities, it's a shame that the compulsory shower in the pool is not systematically taken by users, it would be nice to be more vigilant, shower above the pedicure not very practical and not very visible! For the rest Ras is perfect, with the possibility of going to the Bracieux pool, which is very pleasant!

Si vous êtes un groupe d’amis venus profiter d’un week-end fun : fuyez ! Camping totalement inadapté pour les groupes. Ambiance ultra rigide, aucune tolérance pour un peu de musique ou de rire passé 21h. On s’est clairement sentis surveillés comme des ados en colonie. Aucune activité proposée, pas même un coin animé Tout est figé ! La piscine ? pas chauffée, et sans surveillance donc peu engageante et potentiellement dangereuse Accueil peu chaleureux Bref, si vous cherchez du calme extrême pour faire la sieste, c’est peut-être pour vous Mais pour passer un bon moment entre amis, passez votre chemin Il y a bien mieux ailleurs !

Absolute disaster — unsafe, unprofessional, unacceptable. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. After a long journey, we arrived late at night, entered the cabin we were assigned — only to find another family already sleeping inside. Imagine the panic, the shock, the fear, for us and for them. This is not just poor service — this is a massive security breach. The resort has NO control over its bookings, NO system in place to prevent such humiliating and dangerous mistakes. They sent an apology email. That’s it. No compensation, no accountability, no real attempt to fix the damage done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care even slightly about your safety and peace of mind, stay far away.
