Wellness huisje geboekt voor een weekend. Twee gebroken nachten gehad door goedkope IKEA matrassen. Gekopieerd van de website: Wanneer u vakantie viert bij Hof van Salland waant u zich in luxe en comfort. Comfort was ver te zoeken! Verkeerde bezuiniging aangezien je +- 30% van de tijd op het park ligt/probeert te slapen.

Hof van SallandSpent over 500 euros on 2 nights in a wellness cottage. We had to go after our bath products package and extra towels ourselves. Then we forgot 2 jars and they want (besides the shipping costs) 6.00 euro administration costs to send them. Seems to me to be a piece of service to send it and how much trouble is it to bring it to a postal point? Of course I pay the shipping costs myself. After indicating this in Whatsapp I get no response. I hope this can be solved. Very unfortunate that it has to be this way.

Meer dan 500 euro uitgegeven aan 2 nachten in een wellness huisje. Wij moesten zelf achter ons badproducten pakket en extra handdoeken aan. Vervolgens zijn wij 2 kruiken vergeten en willen ze (buiten de verzendkosten om) 6,00 euro administratiekosten om deze even op te sturen. Lijkt mij toch een stukje service om het even op te sturen en hoeveel moeite is het om het naar een postpunt te brengen? De verzendkosten betaal ik uiteraard zelf. Na dit aangegeven te hebben in Whatsapp krijg ik geen reactie meer. Ik hoop dat dit opgelost kan worden. Wel heel erg jammer dat het zo moet.
