Poort van ZeelandUnfortunately very disappointing. We broke off our vacation after just one night. We had booked with a child and dog, but we had booked a different accommodation and were told at reception that it was the same. It was very dirty, dusty and hair in all the beds and several silverfish on the floor. We then vacuumed and cleaned everything ourselves to be able to sleep there. Then we didn't get enough bedding. Absolutely nothing was childproof, on the contrary. In the bathroom it stank very much of drainpipe. Unfortunately we were not taken seriously at the reception and a promised cleaning did not take place. Unfortunately we can only strongly advise against this park. Oh well, we forgot there was also a broken bed with only three legs and a moldy pillow on the sofa. The decoration and the lamps were so dirty that you could think that nobody had cleaned them properly for ages.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben den Urlaub nach einer Nacht schon abgebrochen. Wir waren mit Kind und Hund angemeldet, hatten aber eine andere Unterkunft wir gebucht und an der Rezeption sagte man uns das wäre das gleiche. Es war sehr dreckig, verstaubt und Haare in allen Betten und mehrere Silberfische auf dem Boden. Haben dann selbst erst mal alles gesaugt und geputzt um dort schlafen zu können. Dann hatten wir zu wenig Bettzeug bekommen. Es war absolut nichts Kindersicher eher im Gegenteil. Im Badezimmer stank es sehr nach Abflußrohr. Leider nahm man uns an der Rezeption nicht ernst und eine versprochene nach Reinigung fand gar nicht statt. Wir können leider nur allen stark von dem Park abraten. Achja noch vergessen es gab auch noch ein kaputtes Bett mit nur drei Beinen und ein schimmeliges Kissen auf dem Sofa. Die Deko und die Lampen waren so verdreckt das man meinen könnte das dort ewige Zeit keiner mehr anständig geputzt hat.

Huttopia Vallée de la SemoisWe were at the campsite for 10 days in mid-August and after the sometimes best bad reviews, we were not too bad! We enjoyed our vacation and found the accommodation (trappeur tent) and facilities more than fine. Lovely so close to the river, friendly staff and plenty of entertainment for the children.

Wij waren half augustus 10 dagen op de camping en ons viel het na de toch soms beste slechte reviews alles mee! We hebben genoten van onze vakantie en vonden de accomodatie (trappeur tent) en faciliteiten meer dan prima. Heerlijk zo dicht bij de rivier , vriendelijk personeel en genoeg vertier voor de kinderen.

Soof RetreatsIt was fantastic. Really experienced a vacation feeling, even if only for a few days. Cottage was very clean and complete. Mattresses slept wonderfully. Garden was serene and well maintained. Were genuinely impressed with the high quality and attention to detail.

Het was fantastisch. Echt een vakantiegevoel ervaren, al was het maar voor een paar dagen. Huisje was heel schoon en compleet. Matrassen sliepen heerlijk. Tuin was sereen en goed onderhouden. Waren oprecht onder de indruk van de hoge kwaliteit en het oog voor detail.

Altomincio Family ParkEverything was perfect! So much so that we arranged to stay an extra day! The structure of the village is clear and organized. Through QR codes found everywhere you can see all the services, schedules, Q&A, useful numbers, etc. There are many services, from golf kart to check in and out, transfers in and out of the village, pharmacy and assistance via Whatsapp. We stayed in cottage, clean, neat and with everything we needed even more. All the staff from reception, restaurant, bar, pool, entertainment, all are extremely friendly and helpful and welcoming. The bar on the pool offers crazy breakfasts and snacks, and in the restaurant on the property you can eat really well. The pools are beautiful, clean and super equipped even for the little ones. There is an Olympic-size pool, two pools for the little ones and another pool with slides for both small and large. Animation is present, well organized and engaging. In addition, there is direct access to outdoor nature trails and the Mincio River bike path. Parking lots are present and can be found without difficulty. The location is great, just a few kilometers from Lake Garda and all the most beautiful parks in Italy.

È stato tutto perfetto! Tanto che ci siamo organizzate per restare un giorno in più! La struttura del villaggio è chiara e organizzata. Tramite QR code che si trovano ovunque è possibile consultare tutti i servizi, gli orari, Q&A, numeri utili ecc. Sono presenti molti servizi, dalla golf kart per check in e out, trasferimenti dentro e fuori il villaggio, farmacia e assistenza tramite Whatsapp. Abbiamo soggiornato in casetta, pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario anche di più. Tutto il personale dalla reception, al ristorante, bar, alla piscina, animazione, tutti sono estremamente gentili e disponibili e accoglienti. Il bar sulla piscina offre colazioni e merende pazzesche e nel ristorante presente nella struttura si mangia davvero benissimo. Le piscine sono bellissime, pulite e super attrezzate anche per i più piccoli. È presente una piscina olimpionica, due piscine per i più piccoli e un'altra piscina con gli scivoli sia per piccoli e che grandi. L'animazione è presente, ben organizzata e coinvolgente. Inoltre c'è la possibilità di accedere direttamente a percorsi esterni nella natura e alla ciclopedonale sul Mincio. I parcheggi sono presenti e si trovano senza difficoltà. La posizione è ottima, a pochi km dal lago di Garda e da tutti i parchi più belli d'Italia.
