We went camping, so can't comment on the rooms. Reception, lounge, bar and swimming pool are at the entrance. Free wifi around this area. Seemed to be relatively fast. Bread can be ordered and is available at 8am Swimming pool and tennis courts near the reception Electric bikes on hire. Camping plots appear to be graded into two levels. The more expensive being larger and coming with a big picnic table and bench. All sites are surrounded by hedges and are level. Various loo blocks, we chose to use a small one near us. It was neat and well designed with oodles of hot water in the shower. As you go further up the hill , the camping becomes more rustic and wild, to an extent where you could be out wild camping, but with mod cons. The campsite, thankfully is quite dark, no glaring bright lights. Lots of nearby walks up the hillside behind. I took a 16K round walk.

Unsuitable for dog lovers! When I made an inquiry by phone, 2 dogs were no problem, even the general terms and conditions read like that! After inquiring by e-mail, the sobering result came, only 1 dog allowed in the house. A great pity for the dog-friendly Netherlands.

A magical place in the middle of the forest. The accommodations are set far apart from each other, allowing for peace and quiet. In fact, the village is very quiet. Plenty of "nature" activities for all ages and tastes. Evening entertainment is also very pleasant (live concerts, circus shows, astronomical walks, etc.) and in any case the campsite becomes completely silent again at 10-11pm. The children's play areas are great too, as are the ping pong tables, petanque area, swimming pools, etc.

Great location to discover South Limburg by bike and also beautiful historic German Belgian towns within reasonable driving distance

At the end of August, there's no more entertainment, and the pool is cold but pleasant... No lifeguard, no lighting at night to get back to the mobile homes, no security guards or barriers, small children's play area, and two small petanque courts... If you're looking for peace and quiet, it's perfect.

The location is perfect, we rented bikes which allowed us to explore the area very well. The mountain lodge was also very nice to stay in. The outdoor pool is large, with plenty of sun beds. Was really nice to relax for a while.

Surprisingly nice swimming pool. Tiny cottages fine but not so nice view because of corn field right in front. Terraces give no privacy. (Also because the new vegetation is not so high yet).

If you've got mosquito bites scratched open don't go in the pool because everyone here foe has been in the pool has curried beard

We rented 2 houseboats for a week at the end of August 24 in perfect weather. The houseboats are well thought out and modernly furnished, the view of the beautifully situated lake is fantastic (including a picturesque sunrise over the "Dushi"). What is particularly remarkable, however, is how John looks after his guests. I can also highly recommend renting a boat on site - it was a wonderful and relaxing vacation, we would love to come back.

The ambiance of the cottage, that it is not too crowded and massive like e.g. center parks or something. Nice reception, very modern decor. Really LOVE the Scandinavian vibe. So great.
