The perfect place during a heat wave. A lake and a pleasant walk. A helpful and efficient staff. Thank you, Prunelle, for the warm welcome. The pool was very clean.

Very quiet, wide open caravan spot, adults-only. Had everything we needed. Easy-going, Good WiFi, people caring for each other.
Reception was very cooperative and helpful. We choose this for biking and running opportunities, which were excellent

We stayed at the campground in our RV amid the tropical temperatures. Since we were parked under the trees, it was quite pleasant. The food in the cafeteria was delicious. The restrooms were well-maintained, and it was a pleasant campground.

Beautiful campsites, some of which offer all the comforts. The lush vegetation makes you feel like you’re all alone. The restaurant, pool, and restroom facilities are very clean. The village of La Romieu, located on the Way of St. James, is full of character and bustling with activity. We’ll definitely be back.

A very neat campground with clean restrooms

I don’t often post a negative review, but the experience I just had unfortunately calls for one. We’ve been coming here with the family for years, have had several seasonal spots, and also stay here regularly during the TT Assen.

I understand that there are additional fees for guests who stay overnight. That in itself isn’t a problem. However, the way Cloë explained this left a lot to be desired. Instead of a customer-friendly explanation, I was met with a few unnecessarily blunt remarks. A more professional and friendly approach would certainly be appropriate here.

The campsite has everything you need—nothing more. It probably isn't much fun when it's raining or cold. The location behind the dune is okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The terrain is somewhat uneven in places.

The plus: within walking distance of the villages of St. Martin and Aiguèze. Friendly welcome. The campsites are flat; you can choose between shade or sun. The restrooms are decent and clean, but the dishwashing area near site #45 could use some renovation (it’s dark, old, and poorly lit). Good 5G reception.
There are two swimming pools plus one for toddlers, with lounge chairs in the shade. Bread and pastries are delivered every morning starting at 8 a.m.

Great—I'd love to do it again

Stay from June 4 to June 14, booked and paid in full online.
On the first day, there was no hot water in the restrooms across from site 425.
On the 8th at 2:00 p.m., two employees were digging a trench 1.50 meters from our camper!
At the very end of the day, a dump truck arrived with a load of at least 15 metric tons; it unloaded right next to us.
The next day, June 9, at 7:45 a.m., the construction company arrived with a truck loaded with rocks to fill in the seaside embankment; the driver left it 10 meters from our site with the engine running, then drove off with the excavator to the other end of the campground, waking everyone up along the way.
A camper stopped the truck, took the keys, and went to the front desk.
Following this, we decided to cut our stay short and therefore requested a refund for the remainder of our stay—from June 9 to June 14—as well as a refund of 28.12 euros!!!
It’s now June 26; we called on the 25th and still haven’t received a callback or a refund 🤬
It’s a shame—we’ve been coming here for several years, and you’ve lost customers who spent money at your establishment.
