The IJssel IslandsA month ago I was here for a weekend. We had to pay 800(!) euros deposit. After more than a month I still haven't got this deposit back. When you call they say "Yes was a mistake, you will get it in a week". Not even apologies are offered. Ridiculous! €800, - is a lot of money Europarcs.

Een maand geleden was ik hier een weekend. We moesten 800(!) euro borg betalen. Na meer dan een maand heb ik deze borg nog niet terug. Als je belt zeggen ze ‘Ja was een foutje, je krijgt het over een week’. Er worden niet eens excuses aangeboden. Belachelijk! €800,- is een hele hoop geld Europarcs.

Recreatiepark BeekbergenRialto 6 pers with spa. Wonderfully enjoyed the beautifully enclosed spa in the garden and you easily walk from the spa into the bathroom. Also the fence around the garden was perfect for the dog. Nice canopy. The dog walking area/playground at the park is quite small, but for a short lap fine. Really nice walk you can in The Leesten Dog Forest, 15min by car. Beautiful! For small children little to nothing to do. At the park very friendly staff. The cottages are quite close together, for the winter months enough privacy.

Rialto 6 pers met spa. Heerlijk genoten van de mooi omheinde spa in de tuin en je loopt van de spa makkelijk de badkamer in. Ook het hek om de tuin was perfect voor de hond. Fijne overkapping. Het hondenlosloopgebiedje/speeltuin op het park is vrij klein, maar voor een korte ronde prima. Echt lekker wandelen kun je in Het Leesten Hondenbos, 15min met de auto. Prachtig! Voor kleine kinderen weinig tot niks te doen. Op het park zeer vriendelijk personeel. De huisjes staan best dicht op elkaar, voor de wintermaanden genoeg privacy.

Het Wylde PadI hope you read this before you decide to rent this park. We have been waiting 7 months for a refund of our deposit and are totally unable to get in touch with this party. We have tried everything, including leaving messages on Instagram. There I unfortunately discovered that there are more people in the same situation. Surely this is really not acceptable. We have tried several times to contact them and urgently request that they respond to our emails as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

Ik hoop dat je dit leest voordat je besluit dit park af te huren. Wij wachten al 7 maanden op de terugbetaling van onze aanbetaling en krijgen totaal geen contact met deze partij. We hebben van alles geprobeerd, inclusief het achterlaten van berichten op Instagram. Daar ontdekte ik helaas dat er meer mensen in dezelfde situatie zitten. Dit is toch echt niet acceptabel. We hebben meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen en verzoeken dringend om zo snel mogelijk te reageren op onze e-mails. Alvast bedankt!

Vakantiepark HölteBeautiful and quiet environment, perfect to escape from the hustle and bustle. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna and solar shower! Beautiful views and surroundings. Lovely walks. Technical service was quickly on site when my fuses blew out and I couldn't get it back on. Was well and kindly helped. The next day they also looked at what they could do for me. This gave me confidence. The contact with the park staff was adequate and neat. Enjoyed my stay!

Prachtige en stille omgeving, perfect om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte. Heerlijke jacuzzi, sauna en zonne douche! Prachtig uitzicht en omgeving. Heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt. De technische dienst was snel ter plaatse op het moment dat mijn stoppen eruit vlogen en ik het niet meer aan kreeg. Werd goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Ook werd de volgende dag nog extra gekeken wat men voor me kon betekenen. Dit gaf vertrouwen. Het contact met de medewerkers van het park was adequaat en netjes. Heb genoten van mijn verblijf!

Vakantiepark LeukermeerWe initially rented something with 4 people. Unfortunately that had to be rescheduled (due to surgery), fortunately we had booked that such a thing was possible. Then we were forced to make up the whole amount in 2024, we did not know. Something already very customer unfriendly. Anyway booking 1, see pictures toilet was so gross, bah. Calling reception, but they are more unreachable than reachable. Anyway, eventually a cleaning lady comes, she does the toilet and sink with the same cloth, brrrr how dirty. The air conditioning stank like crazy in the evening, which appears (see photo) probably never maintained. Then just open the window. There were also remains (see photo) of cut toe nails in the living room, brrrr how gross. Then booking 2, sofa dirty and sagging. Under the couch has never been a cleaning lady. Shower head calcified, hood dirty and oven greasy. Toothpaste in shower on sink furniture, extractor shower dirty. Since this accommodation was also bad and dirty we only left 1 day early. It was a forced vacation anyway because the "credit" of July 2024 had to be used up in 2024. All in all a shame because is a beautiful area. If you are neat keep in mind that you spend 1 day cleaning yourself. Unfortunately no vacuum cleaners available either, just a worn dirty broom. Since the bookings are quite expensive you may expect order and cleanliness, right ? If you report it to the desk when you leave, they say. You should have called us. NO, YOU HAVE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING BEFOREHAND ! THEY PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR THAT.

We huurden in eerste instantie iets met 4 personen. Helaas moest dat (wegens operatie) verschoven worden, hadden we gelukkig geboekt dat zoiets mogelijk was. Daarna moesten we noodgedwongen het hele bedrag in 2024 opmaken, dat wisten we niet. Iets wat al erg klantonvriendelijk is. Maar goed boeking 1, zie foto’s toilet was zo goor, bah. Bellen naar receptie, maar die zijn meer onbereikbaar dan bereikbaar. Maar goed uiteindelijk komt een poetsvrouw, deze doet met 1 en dezelfde doek het toilet en de wastafel, brrrr wat goor. De airco stonk gigantisch in de avond, wat blijkt (zie foto) waarschijnlijk nooit onderhouden. Dan maar raam open. Er lagen in de woonkamer ook nog resten (zie foto) van geknipte teen nagels, brrrr wat goor. Dan boeking 2, bank goor en doorgezakt. Onder de bank nog nooit een poetsvrouw geweest. Douchekop verkalkt, afzuigkap smerig en oven vettig. Tandpasta in de douche op wastafel meubel, afzuiging douche vies. Aangezien deze accommodatie ook slecht en vies was zijn we maar 1 dag eerder vertrokken. Het was sowieso al een gedwongen vakantie omdat het “tegoed” van juli 2024 op moest in 2024. Al bij al jammer, want is een mooi gebied. Als je netjes bent houdt er dan rekening mee dat je 1 dag kwijt bent aan zelf poetsen. Helaas ook geen stofzuigers aanwezig, wel een versleten vieze bezem. Aangezien de boekingen best duur zijn mag je orde en netheid verwachten, toch ? Als je bij vertrek het meld aan de balie, zeggen ze. U had ons moeten bellen. NEE, JE MOET VOORAF ALLES SCHOONMAKEN ! DAAR WORDT DIK VOOR BETAALD.
