It really is a nice place, and it's great for unwinding and spending a few relaxing days. The beach is nearby. What I don't like, though, is that you have to pay for parking when you're already paying for the accommodation. It should be included...

First of all, we want to say that we’re very happy with our stay at the campground. We really enjoyed our few days of rest, and overall, the experience was very positive. The bungalow is well-equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, though personally I would add a few more touches to make it even more complete. The beds are very comfortable, something we especially appreciate. The pool was always spotless and very well maintained. We also want to highlight the lifeguard’s service, who was very friendly, attentive, and professional at all times. As for areas for improvement, the bungalow’s porch was quite dirty upon our arrival, and the outdoor sofa cushions also needed cleaning. We believe it would be important to pay more attention to these details, as they are among the first things you see and use when enjoying the terrace. We’d also like to mention that the bungalow we were assigned was quite far away, and we weren’t allowed to drive the car close enough to unload our luggage. We were traveling with a baby and had a lot of luggage, so this situation was quite inconvenient for us. We think it would be advisable to review this issue and consider a solution for families with small children or people with a lot of luggage. Regarding the front desk, the service was adequate, though the woman who assisted us seemed a bit stern and unfriendly. On the other hand, we’d like to give special mention to Patricia (if we recall her name correctly), the restaurant manager. She is a charming, friendly, and very professional person who helped make our experience much more enjoyable. We also want to mention the entertainment team, which was fantastic. All the guys and girls are great, very dedicated, and made sure that both we and the other guests really enjoyed the activities. On the other hand, we were disappointed that the spa wasn’t open during our entire stay and that we weren’t informed of this in advance. It’s true that they later called us to offer the option of visiting another spa—a gesture we appreciate—though we ultimately decided against it. As a suggestion, we think it would be very helpful for the campground to have a small supermarket where guests could buy basic items or handle any emergencies without having to leave the premises. In summary, we had a pleasant stay and would especially highlight the comfort of the accommodations, the cleanliness of the pool, Patricia’s service in the restaurant, the excellent work of the entertainment team, and the lifeguard’s professionalism. With a few improvements in the areas mentioned—especially regarding the cleanliness of certain areas, information about available services, and facilities for loading and unloading luggage—the experience would be even better.

Exceptional place to go with children. Ask to be put in the cabins farthest from the road.

Fab two week stay with all the family at Costa del Sol Glamping Village. Husband and I stayed in the premium/adults only area, whilst our three children plus partners and grandchildren stayed in Leo bungalows close by. Perfect set up! Our Amos studio was clean and comfortable, though smaller than expected. It did, however, have everything we needed - apart from enough coathangers (four between two of us for two weeks worth of clothes!!). We had clean towels delivered every couple of days, but our sheets weren't changed until two days before we left. The Village is tidy and clean, and the planting/garden areas are well kept and look lovely. Pool area, kiddies club, gym, playground, bar and restaurant are all kept clean and tidy, (we didn't get around to using the spa). We had a couple of breakfasts/brunches and lunches in the restaurant and the food was good. All staff we encountered were friendly and nice, and service is great. There is a BP service station right outside the site and it had all the essentials you might need. Plenty of larger supermarkets close by for more serious (cheaper) shopping. Location is good - right on the A-7 - and a walk across the footbridge takes you straight to the beach and into Fuengirola town. We had cars and got out and about quite a bit. The A-7 is a busy, noisy road but we couldn't hear it at all where our accommodation was - very peaceful. The only thing that we all felt was unfair (and completely unexpected) was the daily charge for parking on site - 10€ per day!! We felt this was rather expensive and none of us had seen anything about parking charges when we booked - four separate bookings and no one was made aware of this. I strongly feel it should be more prominent when booking and maybe a discount could be offered for paying in advance. We were told, on check-in that we could try and find parking elsewhere, but we weren't happy leaving our hire cars on the road or filling service forecourt! So be aware of these charges and budget accordingly if you need parking - 140€ for two weeks parking (x four cars) was definitely not in our holiday budget!! All in all we had a great time, and the Costa del Sol Glamping Village suited our multi-generational family holiday.
