Beautiful bungalow in which nothing was missing, in a nice location Nice hot tub/whirlpool at the bungalow. Overall a neat park. Definitely worth repeating.

We stayed at Warredal for the first time last weekend and can't wait to go back. The tranquility, the beauty of nature, the cozy cottages, being away from it all, wonderful! We enjoyed the delicious food we could order, by the way the portions were more than ample, the hot tub and the atmospheric lighting of the cottages, which makes you feel even more at peace. We were there as a couple, but will definitely return with the kiddos as well. The leisure facilities are great, a climbing forest, animals, mini golf, small beach, play opportunities in the forest.... Definitely recommended!

I went down one of the slides the same way as everyone else and part of the slide ripped a chunk of flesh from my arm. I went straight to the lifeguard who tried to pull loose flesh from my arm. I went to the onsite doctor who had to give me an anaesthetic, stitch the large open wound and then I had to go back the following 3 days to have the wound dressed and checked. I reported the incident to the sales manager aswell and told her an official report would need to be completed. She said the doctor would do this. It now transpires neither the lifeguard, doctor or sales manager wrote any report. It is required by law to document and report all accidents and near misses. Union Lido are failing to do this so are in serious breach of regulations, most likely as they want to protect their reputation and don't want their insurance premiums to increase. It is a disgrace that such a large resort is failing to follow regulations and are getting away with it

Staying in the old windmill was truly a unique experience! Each floor had its own charm, and the spiral staircase added a nice touch, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, We especially enjoyed the fresh, organic milk for breakfast, straight from the nearby farm, The peaceful countryside location was perfect for relaxing, and yet we were only a short drive from the beautiful beaches on the Gulo coast, The hosts were incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Comment: Mixed impressions in a small rented house. Perfect for short stays. The small rented house offered us a rollercoaster of emotions during our stay. On a positive note, the friendly staff at reception greeted us warmly and the bed linen was already waiting for us in the accommodation. The living room was stylish and modern and left a very positive impression. The bathroom also looked modern at first glance, but small flaws such as a difficult sink that had to be cleaned after each use and limescale deposits and dirt in the shower tarnished the impression. Water pressure: too low! The first bedroom was nicely furnished and offered plenty of storage space with a huge closet. Unfortunately, there was a rather noisy gas boiler in this wardrobe, which switched off automatically every night. This led to cool temperatures of 15-17 degrees in the house - a real disadvantage in the cold season. The second bedroom, on the other hand, seemed unkind. Two single beds, which left hardly any space, made the room uncomfortable. There were no bedside tables or a charging area for cell phones - these had to be placed on the floor. Suitcases? Have to go in the living room! There was also no headboard on the beds, and the wall cupboards were only accessible if you stood on the bed. The mattresses were comfortable but not thoroughly cleaned. It was adequate for three nights, but we wouldn't have wanted to stay here any longer. The wall vibrated when the gas boiler came on - no headboard, direct contact with the wall. In the bathroom not even the towel rails hold on the wall. From the outside, the house offers a practical parking space. However, the floor tiles in front of the door were slippery and overgrown with moss, which is a potential accident hazard (high-pressure cleaner should help) The swimming pool was closed for technical reasons for the entire period which was a shame. At night you can hear the traffic from the highway/country road outside (winter). Conclusion: The house definitely has potential to be a pleasant place to stay with more loving furnishings and the rectification of defects. It is sufficient for a short stay, but anyone looking for comfort and well thought-out details could be disappointed. Amsterdam is about 1 hour away by car, and Arnhem is home to the Gelredome and other attractions. During the night you cannot drive in front of your house (23-07h). I would be happy to be convinced otherwise in the summer if Europarcs comes my way.

Nice new park, location is nice but you are bothered by the highway. Also not super child friendly

Normally I am not at all into complaining, but this time I can't avoid it. We had booked a smoke-free cottage, but it had clearly been smoked in by the previous tenants. Very gross. Furthermore, all the walls were full of stains from dead animals. The shower did not run and all the edges of the shower screen were very rancid. The corners of the rooms have not been vacuumed for several years. Kitchen lacks a sharp knife or scissors. Difficult to open a package. Cabinet doors just fell out. Furthermore, the TV was unwatchable. It just hurt your eyes. The picture was double and could not be brought into focus. Not to mention the intensely dirty remote control. Fortunately, we brought our own wet wipes to clean it. All in all, the accommodation was very disappointing and in dire need of renovation.

Wow, what a place! A hidden gem to unwind. Nice accommodations, super friendly service. A luxury to stay in such a pristine oasis.
