Friendly owners, beautiful spots along the Kyll, excellent and clean sanitary facilities, beautiful hiking trails from the campsite, restaurants within walking distance, good services (sandwiches, snack bar and free laundry) and not expensive either. Highly recommended. The access road is narrow and steep, here you have to be careful. Great base to discover the Eiffel and Moselle regions.

It's a real pain in the ass those sites of mine that only reply to good comments, but never to bad ones!!! not a word.... You can't get much more annoying... Unbearable!!!

Good place to relax, especially with a dog Hello everyone, we had an overall cozy and quiet stay at Europarcs Ruinen. We were here with two dogs and just enjoyed the relaxing time. What was good: Quiet, cozy atmosphere - perfect for switching off. Kettle and coffee machine available; dishwasher also available. The accommodation is comfortable overall and offers plenty of peace and quiet. Particularly pleasant: the hot tub, which offers a relaxing break after long excursions with the dogs. A few comments/for the sake of it: Hairdryer and toaster were missing from our bungalow equipment. There are small signs of wear and tear in some corners (e.g. skirting boards), which is not a problem. Behind the couch it didn't look clean for a long time, could do with a thorough clean. There are no mosquito nets on the windows; a net would certainly be helpful on warm evenings. Conclusion: Despite small compromises, the stay is pleasant and suitable, especially for dog owners. We would come again, but hope for better basic facilities (hairdryer/toaster) and more careful cleaning in problematic areas. The hot tub remains the highlight for us and the surroundings/quiet definitely speak for the place.

Big village--too many people especially foreigners. Services present but very expensive both restaurants, bars supermarket game room, etc. The cottages are of different types. The one assigned to us, really very small although I had booked a six-seater and there were three of us. Mediocre cleanliness, presence of strong smells of dampness disguised on arrival by smell of bleach, also presence of unwanted pets with cockroaches. Bed and bath linens not used by choice. Being a large village full of people you can feel the oppression and confusion especially in the evening. Pools really always chaotic, hard to find a place there. Animation honestly did not try it. Beach far away and not very accessible. Wi-Fi not present and phone picked up little.

Beautiful green surroundings, you can experience great cycling. The campground has many permanent mobile homes. Campers and caravans seem to be welcome. The vending machine with drinks and toothbrushes is a bit expensive in terms of price. I myself have not stayed at the campsite, but perhaps we will come again with the caravan. Nearby is a farmer's ice cream parlor.

We stayed here with the motor home. Good camping. Plumbing ietjes dated. Showers fixed temperature of around 37 ° C. At arrival paid. Then asked for ACSI discount. Was no longer possible. Why difficult young ladies behind the reception, tis so simple, make credit and new debit. Bus ticket to Florence Muntelungo bought for € 3.90. Didn't work by the way. Don't do it, just use your debit card on the bus € 1. Communication is really not great and totally not customer oriented. First and last time I have been here. Sorry that as an experienced 65-year-old I had to write such a review. As a tip I can give: have a manager watching in the background and if necessary intervene with the young receptionists.

We visited this campground with a large group of members of the Twente Caravan Club. The overall campground is excellent. Good facilities and very pleasant owners with whom much to discuss. In short, we would like to come back here again!

Beautiful cottages for rent

A well maintained and comfortable campsite. Little to do in the area and this would suit many,although the drive uphill to the campground will be a test for many.

Once again had a fantastic season. Kudos to the new restroom building. Spacious, bright, clean and totally fresh! Thanks for this year and next season we will come again to enjoy!
