Liked: Lovely couple who run it very accommodating Disliked: Not a lot of food options at bar and can only order after 6 pm even in peak season

After driving 2.5 hours on arrival we were excited: beautiful surroundings. We checked ourselves in, it was hot so we had booked an air conditioning included. Waste of money, because it did not work. Inside it was dirty: dishes, sink, microwave and dishwasher were dirty, crumbs and coffee stains were everywhere. The toilet/shower were not clean. Outside there were cobwebs everywhere, our clothes got dirty from the chairs. We felt totally uncomfortable and decided to leave immediately. The reception was closed, so we emailed. No response. Called the next day ourselves: we got Chantal Bakker on the line, rarely experienced such a rude and customer-unfriendly woman. Everything was blamed on us, not a shred of understanding or thoughtfulness. Pictures sent, but again no response. Called myself: Chantal had received them, but it was weekend. Finally we received an e-mail full of reproaches and without any solution. Really horrible. Do not go here!

Just back from 6 days in this very large verdant and well structured facility. We took takeout food almost every night and stocked up at the village's in-house store and so far nothing to say, all great.|We stayed in the standard bungalow and I found it really basic, no microwave, no dishwasher, TV resting on top of the refrigerator column, impractical bathroom so much so that we were more comfortable going to the showers in the camping areas to wash.|Structure very dated and unfortunately lacked essential maintenance..., the day after our arrival we had to report several problems (flashing bathroom lights, the 2 stoves not working x 2 times) from the faucet in the bathroom gushed water directly on the floor and every time you opened the windows the blackout curtains and sticks were in danger of falling on your head.... Too bad because I repeat the facility itself would also be great but in my opinion all these inconveniences should be checked and resolved before handing over the keys to a customer!!!|Positive note the pool bar, fast and friendly staff, excellent croissants! And also Gabi, the driver of the shuttle to the sea, nice and kind!!!

A rather quiet site, without any special attractions, but plenty of play facilities for children. Sanitary facilities and showers/washing cabins as well as cooking facilities are sufficiently available and clean.

The location of the accommodation is really beautiful and the leisure facilities could hardly be better - which is why it is all the more disappointing how careless the rest is. As soon as we entered our little house, it was clear that they don't take cleanliness very seriously here. Dust everywhere, stains on almost every wall and a clearly visible white stain on one of the sofa chairs. There were still crumbs in the kitchen cupboards, the inside of the microwave was stained and partially rusted - just like in the bathroom or on the radiators. The bathroom didn't make the situation any better. There was always an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, reminiscent of a rest stop. The shower was dirty, and there was something stuck between the shower wall and the door, so that there was a bang when you closed it. When showering, the temperature was constantly changing between freezing cold and boiling hot - completely unpredictable and simply annoying, plus the water didn't drain properly. You can also see from the condition of the house that urgent investment is needed here. The floor is uneven in several places and a tripping hazard. A skirting board in front of the bathroom door is so badly fitted that you almost fly over it, and several other skirting boards in the house are completely loose. What's more, the bungalow is extremely noisy - not a trace of privacy. In the kitchen, the gas stove constantly caused problems, simply went out or "stuttered". There was an unpleasant smell in the house as soon as we arrived. To top it all off, we were suddenly asked for a €100 deposit per person on site - although it was only stated online that a deposit might be required. The bottom line is that the location is deceptive. Anyone who values cleanliness, functioning facilities and a well-kept stay will be disappointed here. Too bad, because with a little more effort this could really be a great place. But all we can say is: once and never again. Here are a few photos to illustrate this.

Review of our mother-daughter trip - 3 days / 2 nights in a tepee Our first camping trip was very positive. The tipi accommodation, equipped with fridge, power supply and basic cooking equipment, was a real plus in terms of comfort. Toilets and showers are nearby. Point for improvement: the campsite only has 4 to 5 WCs and 4 to 5 showers for all holidaymakers, which sometimes means waiting times at peak times. After several visits, the floors can become wet and hairy; it would be appreciated if more toilet blocks could be added in the future and, for the time being, a squeegee installed in each shower. The entertainment on offer is a real asset: some of it is free or at much lower rates than outside. We particularly enjoyed the marsh walk with José, which enabled us to discover the local history of the marshes and learn more about the campsite. The swimming pool is a pleasant facility, but without supervision it can get a bit messy. What's more, even if the dress code is explained on arrival, it's not always respected, which can be detrimental to bathers' hygiene and comfort. Last but not least, it's worth highlighting the remarkable commitment of the managers: this couple are available, versatile and committed, from entertainment to technical supervision, to offer holidaymakers a pleasant stay. In short, despite a few areas for improvement, the quality/price ratio is spot on. We'll be happy to come back for shorter stays.

Disappointed by a campground billed as a “paradise”—it’s nothing but a name. We were traveling by motorcycle and stayed for one night, so we booked a tent site. We loved the idea of being able to set up wherever we wanted, though it would have been easier if there had been flat sites. The woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly; the restrooms—and especially the showers—weren’t clean at all at 8:30 p.m., the water was lukewarm, the evening dance party was downright ridiculous—run by a 16-year-old—and the bar, even in peak season, closed early. In short, for €29 a night without electricity, we were disappointed… otherwise, the campground’s location is great, and the lake, just a 3-minute walk away, is nice too. it’s a very quiet campground—by 11:00 p.m., everyone is asleep.

Discovered x accident while touring Croatia by camper. Great location, pitches by the sea but no shade. Otherwise pitches in pine forest. New and clean facilities all day long. Surrounded by nature, you can do anything, running, walking, biking, soccer, beach volleyball, snorkeling, surfing, quad biking. Really a top facility. Compliments.

Impeccable campsite, great atmosphere, very friendly entertainers. Do it again next year!

Check in was Easy, but the Classic Pitches are Just (partially unmarked) places on a Hill, No WiFi, and the Power boxes are very wide spread, so make Sure you bring a Long enough Cord. In comparison to other Camping places in istria Not the best. And make Sure you bring some waitinh time for the men showers, there are Just 4 of them at the Classic Pitch Site.

We had booked a tent pitch on the internet for 2 nights. When we arrived we found that we'd been given a pitch in an area outside the campsite, next to the busy and noisy road (don't choose pitches 23/26-27-28/30!). It would have been better to arrive without a reservation and choose a pitch. Don't forget to bring a 25m extension lead and, above all, a camping adapter to connect to the electricity terminals, as they are only available on loan to a limited extent, and the only solution is to go to Mr. Bricolage to buy some, which is difficult when you arrive after the stores have closed. The reserved fridge was quickly put in place, but it was dirty. However, a member of the technical department (very nice) arranged for a cleaner to come and clean it. Some of the facilities could do with renovation (sanitary facilities). Overall, the campsite doesn't deserve 4 stars, but the staff are clearly doing their best with the resources they are given. Given the high price of the pitches, the value for money is disappointing. On the positive side, our daughter had a great time at the pool with slides and in the playground with the nets.
