Somewhat disapponting but then again it was the end of October so lots of work in progress tidying for Winter. Halloween displays certainly OTT and not needed.

Has a great unheated swimming pool.

Campsite with a really great entertainment team. Many thanks to them. Very pleasant pool and top-notch play areas. Two points that I think need a little improvement are the pool times (10am is too late for me, especially with children impatiently waiting to get in). And the second point is that after only three days, you receive a paper that's not very pleasantly written to let you know when you're leaving. I don't think it's done, or at least I've never seen it done at any of the campsites I've been to, and it takes away from the friendliness of the management. Please wait until the day before and write in a more pleasant way.

The children absolutely loved everything and would like to come again.

Lovely slow living park. Beautiful cottages, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

Lovely camping in a spacious park in the middle of the forest. The park has a natural swimming lake, where you can swim and have fun with sups. The pitches at the park are usually very spacious. We had beautiful views and were able to relax.

We had an excellent stay at La Sténiole campsite during the All Saints' vacation. The environment is very pleasant, with nature everywhere. Very few people, so lots of peace and quiet. The swimming pool was much appreciated after days in the great outdoors. The mobile home was very functional and well equipped. We had chosen the view over the pond and were delighted to enjoy the sun until it set!

It was all clean and equipped, we were really satisfied. The only thing was that there was dog or cats hair on the blankets in our room.

The tent with pellet fireplace made for a cozy stay during our fall vacation. The animation team (Nikita and Yvonne, 2 sweet enthusiastic girls) was a big hit with us. The kids didn't want to miss any of it (so mom could quickly go into nature in peace). The Halloween scavenger hunt as a highlight, they will often talk about it. The location is fantastic. Right on the Bedaf nature reserve, nice walks in peace. At night you could even hear the tawny owl. We are completely relaxed!

Our reservation which was confirmed in the morning at app 10h at the reception personally (check in after 14h) was obviously sold out as we were refused at arrival after 14h. Terrible service Re to Re: Thank you for feedback, although what are you saying does not change the fact that service was bad. If we would know that given word (we were phisically at reception, we had pitch no.!) will not be kept and if we would be warned (or at least if anyone would mention) that we must pay immediatelly to confirm booking, we would do it, without hesitation. For which reason this info was not given to us at any point, if payment is the only way to confirm reservation, we can only wonder. Without any apology, regret or shame reception just dissmised us, same person who told us everything is ok 4h earlier, face to face. We never experienced such treatment before.
