Top location and a very nice campsite and super destinations to vacation.

Beautiful park with modern cottages. Neatly clean and maintained. Very good service. Very friendly staff, who think well with you.

Nice cozy home with a lovely sauna and hot tub. We had some problems with electricity and we call the service number and within 10 minutes someone came to fix it. Very satisfied.

Class , just brilliant, can't fault it , we went in September, weather was ok but it didn't really matter, great spot. A deep pool for jumping in and out of would make it even better

The made beds and the box of shampoo ed does very welcoming on arrival at the cottage. The surroundings are beautiful, a beautiful place in the Limburg countryside. And everything easily accessible: Maastricht, Valkenburg, Margraten.

Terrible! 1. At the Night of our arrival, the door of the garden fence was locked and no key was provided. Nobody answered the phone. We hat to climb over the garden fence to come into our house. 2. no toilet paper was provided in the room. We had to go to the automatic to buy toilet paper. And guess what? The toilet paper stacked in the machine and won’t come out. 3. we complained about the issue on the next day and received no apologies. When we mentioned the toilet paper which stacked in the machine, the lady from the reception told us that we should call the number on the automatic, Topparken will not give us any refund. Never ever again.

Were there with a caravan, so no rating for the room because that is of course always great 😉. Otherwise friendly staff who also help you in a friendly way via the emergency number, we experienced something completely different at another campsite near Venlo. The swimming pool is large enough and sufficiently heated, my daughter and I enjoyed being there. The sanitary facilities seem clean and the showers, even if the temperatures cannot be regulated, were nice and warm for us. warm for us. I think it's even better/warmer in the high season. We would definitely recommend the campsite and if we ever find ourselves in the area again we would love to come back.

Beautiful park, but the house Fin6 disappointed The Europarc positively surprised us with its beautiful grounds and the friendly staff at reception. The park itself is very well designed and invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay. Our vacation home, Fin6 (lime green), was excellent in terms of layout and offered plenty of space. Unfortunately, however, there were some shortcomings that spoiled the overall impression of the house. The dishes were dirty and wet in the cupboards when we arrived, probably due to a faulty or dirty dishwasher. Even after the longest wash program, the dishes unfortunately remained completely dirty, so the dishwasher needs urgent maintenance. In addition, we were greeted by a strong smell of mold or dampness upon entering the house, which made the stay somewhat unpleasant. Although some areas of the house were well cleaned, other areas were less thoroughly cleaned. We made do with scented candles and were able to reasonably enjoy the three nights in the house. However, we would not choose this particular house again due to the issues mentioned. To summarize, the park itself has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the Fin6 cottage did not meet our expectations. We hope that future guests can benefit from improved cleaning and maintenance standards. ---
