We were really looking forward to this vacation, but the arrival was anything but pleasant. After the confirmation, you get an email where you can specify the approximate time of arrival. After we had given all the details, we thought everything would be fine. Unfortunately we thought wrong, we waited 2 hours to get into our house because the reception was already closed. After we called the emergency number, we were only told that we hadn't paid. Although we had paid and received confirmation by email that we had paid. We then told the lady that we would be happy to forward the email, but this was ignored and we were just told to come back tomorrow and sort it out at reception. They would not have taken over a hotel room either. Then we stood there, luckily we met a nice man who rents out private houses there, he called again and clarified it so that we could still get into the cottage, and suddenly everything was paid for. Unfortunately, the house wasn't clean either, the door was blocked and the curtains were getting in the way. When we wanted to leave, we couldn't get off the premises, which had always worked the days before. So we had to press the emergency button on the barrier, which fortunately worked quickly. We would not recommend it to anyone.

The park is in the middle of the forest .Friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant good food and drinks. You can walk for miles in the forest and enjoy nature. The cottages are tip top in order.

The house itself is very nice, with a good layout and sufficiently equipped. What bothered us was the apparently superficial cleaning. The dust was clearly visible on the black furniture, also in the bathroom was dust and mold in joints and there were still some hairs from previous tenants. There were also stains on the floor. The furniture was also clearly worn, such as a sofa with torn areas on the seat. We have experienced the restaurant and the mini market in another Europarcs much nicer and in the case of the mini market, with significantly more items. The location directly on the Veluwe is great, but not recommended with a dog. The small beach section is completely closed to dogs, the "dog beach" turned out to be a 2 meter wide entrance into the water. A fenced dog run is available.

A wonderful place, immersion in nature. We loved our stay here. There was something for everyone, the staff were super friendly and we were walking distance from a wonderful lake where we could swim. Would definitely recommend here. We love Huttopia and this is our favourite one to date.

Fine chalet / cottage though that you can look inside each other but well that's what you find annoying and otherwise curtain closed 😂 only bathroom bad shower jet and soaking wet then at toilet

We arrived with a very old caravan with no skylight.... DirkJan advised and made his stuff available. Was fixed in no time. Thank you !!!

I don't understand where the good reviews come from. We rented a mobile home for 3 people for 6 nights - €1037... It's absolutely cheeky to rent something like that. The mobile home is old, dirty, completely worn out. No coffee machine, kettle available. Dishes are scarce and even 4 identical cups or plates are not available. There is no proper bedding... cloth blankets that are as old as the bungalow itself. Here, quick money is made at the expense of the vacationers who were looking forward to it.
