Resort VeluweWhat we were NOT happy about was the fact that no technician came by to fix the sun shower, even though the front desk indicated this. The sun shower went on and off by itself and did not respond to the off button. At the beginning of the evening we called the technical service and they had no one available, so we had to check it ourselves by switching groups off and on until we got the right group. We did not think this was a nice and neat solution.

Waar wij NIET blij van werden, was het feit dat er geen monteur langs kwam om de sun shower te repareren, terwijl de receptie dit wel aan gaf. De sun shower ging vanzelf continue aan en uit en reageerde niet op de uit-knop. Begin van de avond de technische dienst gebeld en die had niemand beschikbaar, dus we moesten zelf maar even kijken door middel van groepen om en om uit te zetten totdat we de juiste groep hadden. Dit vonden wij geen fijne en nette oplossing.
