Liked: Clean bathrooms and good location, very friendly staff Disliked: We would have liked the restaurant to stay open longer. The garbage could be emptied more often.

The staff is top friendly and they try very hard to make you feel at ease. However, because of this there are not always people at the desk and sometimes you have to wait for the receptionist to finish taking luggage to other people checking in. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. the campsite is located very far from the center and no one on the staff knows anything about bus routes and schedules. They do not take into account the people who go without a car. Also the road to get there from the highway has no sidewalk. The cabs in town are scammers, the rate starts at 4 euros and they charge you to pick you up, not even in New York we have seen that. The pool is very nice and is included in the price, the restaurant is very tasty.

The campsite is very good, with a pleasant, shady pitch. The downside is the pool, whose water is murky and uninviting, and looks dirty. The children had no trouble with it.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience of our stay at Huttopia Divonne... We found a dirty Mobilhome ! Dust, socks, underpants and beer caps under the sofa bed in the living room! Nauseating smells in the shower area, which turned out to be blocked during our stay! Toilet door, rooms that rub on the floor and we have trouble opening or closing! |Complicated see very complicated on the organization concerning the orders with the bar restaurant for drinks and especially pizza... very long, not organization on the follow-up of the orders...|Order placed with 20h |Récuperé the pizzas with 22h|3 pizzas!!!||This review comes after other experiences on huttopia like Arcachon , bord les orgues and especially Fontvielle where we were delighted in tt point of view ...||Positive point ... The site is superb near Lake Leman and Switzerland ...|Despite the disorganization of the staff ... The people remain friendly !!! 😅|Finally, I told the site manager of my dissatisfaction and she listened!!! Very important to specify ...|I hope that the points of improvement that were given to me by the director will intervene so that we can consider doing a Huttopia stay again and finish discovering the region ...

We were in a safari tent from Tendi. Upon arrival the place was already disappointing. Tents very close together and we would have a view on the vines. The vines were not there (anymore) and there was a row of trees in front of our tent that we were looking at. The tent itself was still very dirty. When we reported this to reception it was cleaned immediately. We were also promised beds that had been made, but we had to do this ourselves. We had a tent with a bathroom which in itself was very nice, but the light in the bathroom was very weak and in the shower cabin there was no light, so you actually had to shower in the dark. When our daughter accidentally peed in her bed (which she hasn't done for years), I asked at the reception if I could get clean sheets. They said they could not take the wet sheets. I had to wash them myself. When I asked if this could be done at the campsite she said that there is only 1 washing machine that is busy so we had better go to the inter Marche, where there was also a dryer. My mouth fell open with surprise! What an enormous bad service! Then I also had to buy a new sheet package of €15,- since we were not planning to spend half the day in the inter Marche that day (36 degrees). We were done with this campsite after all these points, although it must be said that the swimming pool was fine and we had one meal in the restaurant which tasted good.

Big disappointment on arrival. Despite a pitch reserved for a family of 5, for a caravan and a small T4 van, the young lady at reception forced us to take a second pitch... great for a family vacation! The problem was eventually solved by the lady in charge, but she did not fail to mention that if we weren't happy we could leave the campsite immediately 🫤!

I liked: Nice place. Services nearby. Ideal for traveling with the family.

Early return!!!|non-drinking water, unbearable heat in the mobile homes, all the staff speak little or no French, so children can't take part in the activities (knowing that there aren't that many in the campsite already), grocery store doesn't last a week (unless you only eat pasta), apart from the swimming pool and the river nothing to do.... |How can you seriously rate 4* or 5*??

Liked: Pitch. Location. Good for buses and supermarkets. Disliked: Noisy all night, loud gatherings at toilets into early hours of the morning. Vehicles aloud to drive throughout site at anytime eg 4.40am although there is ample parking before barrier. No security, children travel on electric scooters and bikes using excessive speed. Showers turn cold as night progresses, causing ques in early evening. The bar, Happy Days, is filthy, dog hairs, uncleaned bar top, spillage left on floors. Staff extremely rude.

Liked: Location close to Bruges, site with plenty of things to do Disliked: Pitches on top of each other. Toilet block gets very messy. Children on bikes & roller skates going too fast round walkways.

I was pleased with: Our spacious pitch in the green, nice neighbors but also definitely not too crowded. Everyone had enough space and their own connection for electricity and water, close to the pitch was also a sanitary block. The swimming pool was very pleasant and everything was well maintained and cared for. Very friendly and helpful staff.
