Resort VeluweStaff friendly and cordial. Excellent reception. It was also very nice to be in a relatively new park. It looked well cared for and the nice cottages and hot tub were the deciding factor for us to book.

Personeel vriendelijk en hartelijk. Prima ontvangst. Het was ook heel fijn om in een relatief nieuw park te zijn. Het zag er goed verzorgd uit en de mooie huisjes en hottub waren voor ons de doorslag om te boeken.

Schoon park en vriendelijk personeel. De vraag van het babybedje niet echt vriendelijk en neem aan dat ze hier al neer mee te maken gebben gehad. Niet handig als je n kind van 8mnd in de lengte in z'n bedje moet leggen

Speeltuin was top, park erg netjes onderhouden. Oudere man die het eten en drankjes verzorgde voor speeltuin en zwembad was erg vriendelijk en goed in zijn werk.

Voorkeur aan het water aangegeven huisje gekregen met fijne vlonder aan vijver met grote karpers , onze dochter met beperking heeft er enorm van genoten! Iedereen bij de receptie super gastvrij en behulpzaam, ook bij de snackbar super bediening

Recreatiepark het EsmeerImprovements: blinds for kitchen window (bungalow 66) is very desirable all day the sun in the kitchen . privacy around house minimal. you look so inside at both neighbors the outside the outdoor shower at neighbors is wide visible in front of the window.... Another note on the Esmeer page states that there is only 1 type of cottage equipped with dishwasher as visitors to your other parks we have sent an email to headquarters but even there I got the answer that there was no dishwasher, but as thought there was a dishwasher ..so point of attention

verbeterpunten: zonwering voor keukenraam ( bungalow 66)is zeer wenselijk hele dag staat de zon in de keuken.. privacy rond huis minimaal. je kijkt zo binnen bij beide buren de buiten de buitendouche bij de buren staat breed uit zichtbaar voor de raam... Nog een opmerking op de Esmeer pagina staat dat er maar 1 type huisje voorzien van vaatwasser als bezoekers van jullie andere parken hebben we toch maar een mailtje gestuurd naar hoofdkantoor maar ook daar kreeg ik het antwoord dat er geen vaatwasser was,, maar zoals gedacht was er dus wel een vaatwasser..dus puntje van aandacht
