Well-defined, shaded pitch, but slightly sloping. Pleasant campsite, mini-farm and super-friendly "feeding" service. Nice-sized pool and slides, but the water is a little too chlorinated and burns the eyes.

Perfect vacation spot

We stayed at this campground 4 days with caravan from August 16 to 20. Non-existent animation, empty market, restaurant service open from Friday to Sunday. Overall camping abandoned to itself and completely invaded by mosquitoes, impossible with children, but for anyone,never seen such a thing. No activities for them, soccer and tennis fields in a state of disrepair, like the pools, dirty, slippery pavement and disused deck chairs. We were really disappointed, from the site it looks like a whole other place and we were fooled by that--plus the fact that they want payment in advance, otherwise we would have left the same day. No checks in the evening for those entering or leaving the campground, no maintenance after reporting the broken sink....in short, really a bad experience. Only pros: large pitches, shaded in the lower part of the campsite, with sink attached, good pizza.

We discovered this campsite close to our region (Beaujolais) where we immediately felt at home, quite calm on the whole, with pleasant surroundings, clean sanitary facilities and relatively friendly staff. (We rented a hut-style tent for 15 days) It makes you want to go back! On the other hand, as we are concerned about our future with less water, it would be interesting to find solutions to limit wastage.

Extremely unfriendly personnel (see also the other reviews!). When we checked-in there was a friendly and helpful woman who spoke decent English and explained the rules to us. However during our stay, when we threw away garbage away one of the Italian-German staff (blonde one) kept screaming ‘Wass ist dass’ to us numerous times which was the first sign of trouble. Since then we stayed away from the bar/restaurant and overpriced market, not to run into her again.. But when we had to check-out, we had an incident about the payment with the two Italian-German sisters. The dark haired remained sort of friendly, but the blonde one was from the start aggressive and tried to boss us around. She kept raising her voice in German, did not want to listen and was not able to reason with. Threatened multiple times with ‘calling the big chef’ and tried to push me out of the front desk. She projected her behaviour onto me and called me ‘unfriendly and aggressive’ while all I did was defend me and my girlfriend. In line with previous reviews, when it suits them only one external person is allowed in the room. I would not allow that to occur, because I did not want to leave my girlfriend alone with two aggressive Italian-German women and because of the language barrier. In the end whole dispute was about less than 12 euros.. Definitely ruined our stay there. About the camping itself: - Great location at the end of a narrow road. Quiet at night, close to the lake which is a short walk down hill towards the ‘private’ beach. - Spot for a tent (with car) was initially troublesome and after some discussion we stayed between two chalets. We reserved for electricity, but in order to get electricity to our pitch we had to trouble our neighbours with a cable that needed at minimum >15 meters of length through their place. Not exactly a pitch with electricity.. - Bathroom/toilets are clean, though no toilet paper or soap and up the hill relatively minimal amount of toilets (2) and showers (2) for the amount of pitches/tents (>20 spots)

We were on the 2nd field on the right which became a mud mess after a week of regular rain. Campground is in a valley with tall trees surrounding it which means you only have 4 to 5 hours of sunshine a day in late July. Plumbing is adequate and cleaned daily. Too bad you always need a key. Environment is beautiful and varied. Very suitable for cycling, there are beautiful signposted tours. (bring your own refreshments) slightly less for walking because it is soon far (>15 km). There are open air swimming pools nearby.

Camping taken at the last minute and not at all disappointed. Very clean, functional and large enough for 4 people. The little plus is the air-conditioning, not insignificant in these hot weather conditions. The pool is clean, with a children's area and a jaccuzi. Several children's play areas, 1 mini golf course, so there's never a dull moment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Entertainment 6 days a week, all day long. We didn't use the restaurant or the shared bathroom facilities. Thank you, we'll be back.

Equipment of the house/garden

20 years not been to this park and in the meantime this has become so beautiful I was amazed,neatly tidy nice for children really recommended.

Great stay at 🏕️, all the staff are very friendly, the activities and entertainment are top notch, if you want to spend a quiet vacation this is the place to go....

We had a pleasant stay The staff were friendly and welcoming, the infrastructure was suitable for children, but there was a slight problem with the cleanliness of the trapper's tent, the restaurant was very overpriced, and the place didn't have a grocery store, just a limited selection of regional products.
