It was a very pleasant stay. Super nice that the cottage was so clean, really top! The app worked super, nice to be able to go in independently, etc. totally up to date. The staff we saw was friendly.

Here we had read some lesser reviews. But those can be put in the trash. It is a nice and orderly campground. For small children this is actually ideal: swimming pool, animal pasture and animation.

A very nice campsite, very clean and the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes. The village of Callandzoog has everything you need for daily life.

This was our 2nd stay at the campsite with my daughter, and after trying out the little cabin, we stayed in the Coco sweet. A great, quiet stay in a charming campsite with a heated pool, a friendly setting, animals (my daughter loved feeding the goats). Friendly, attentive staff. We had a great week and would do it again.

Let's be honest, it was a pleasant experience, in a quiet location, but given the equipment available in the chalet for 1400€ a week, we expected better (few dishes (7 place settings each), three-seater sofa in a chalet for 6, table for 4 and not for 6, cheap bedding, disposable mattress covers that are not waterproof and not hygienic, no oven but a small microwave grill). Basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) not supplied. One parking space for 6 people (but public parking 50m away). Please note that there is no television in the chalets. Of course, there's no shortage of this in the mountains, but it's not made clear beforehand and is a bit surprising on arrival. The photos date from the creation of the site and should be updated to be contractual. The on-site team is pleasant and available, but the overall service needs to be modernized to match the rates charged. These comments are not intended to scare you away; the premises are pleasant, but it is necessary to set things straight between the rates charged and the services offered.

Unsatisfactory experience, I can't recommend it to anyone, staff unfriendly right at the welcome, the outdoor pool water was warm and there is a bathing cap obligation, sunbed and umbrella rental for one day costs extra 7€ each. The campsite is large but the security, service and location are not very good. Our neighbors had money stolen from their accommodation.

The house was unfortunately a bit dirty, there were still leftovers of medication and potato chips from the previous tenants. The carpet was full of dog hair, which we didn't like at all as my wife is allergic to dog hair. So the first thing we did was vacuum and clean. The booked coffee package was not adequate in terms of price performance. But the beach and the water was really nice. Children could collect shells and go into the water.

Was only there because of a fair around 4 o'clock. They were already cleaning up while they would be there until 5 o'clock with the stalls said a few ladies who were there with a stall. Fish was already as good as on the fishing day they had there too. No hotel or campsite for me, just happened to drive by.

Liked: Beach and lake was great. Volleyball court and the giant bouncing cushion was good for kids. Shop was useful (very busy in the morning for pastries and bread). Having the indoor pool was useful on rainy days. Entertainment and some kids activities were available. They obviously don't get many British visitors as everything was in Dutch and German - but the staff all spoke English well. Although the site was big with lots of pitches it never felt over crowded in communal areas. Nice that the cars were kept in separate parking areas close to the pitches rather than on pitches themselves. We had drinks in the beach bar but didn't try the cafe/restaurant or snack bar Disliked: The pitches themselves were quite snug but still had enough room for our van, awning and stuff. Probably not great for older kids (13 and over) as it seemed to wind down about 10pm.

What a disappointment this was. ||First of all, the staff on site were very friendly and helpful. ||Huttopia as an organization is certainly something to blame. The camper place looked nothing like on the photos or in the description. It was right next to the swimming pool, playground, ping pong tables and terrace. Where it was, understandably, a huge noise.|The pitches were so uneven that it was impossible to park the camper straight in. That may sound trivial, but it means, for example, rolling out of bed at night. The spot was crooked, full of mud, potholes and weeds. It turned out (we learned later) to be sites that should not have been rented out. ||With us arrived other guests who encountered the same disappointment. Both that family and we left and looked for another campsite. ||The surroundings are beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The campground itself is packed and seems mainly aimed at many, many children. Not really for nature or peace seekers. ||We immediately complained to Huttopia and luckily we got our money back.
