Camping Seasonova Les Plages de LoireSo where to start? .... I put one star because the option not to put a star is not available... Extremely disappointed with this "3-star" campsite! We came with friends for a week to relax, enjoy each other and have fun, but that wasn't the case. Although the lodge was clean and cute, everything else was wrong. Outside fountains that didn't work to supply the rentals without access to water: we had to go to the bathroom to get "drinking" water... As for the sanitary facilities, they're a disaster! Broken windows, cobwebs everywhere (the ones at the top of the ceiling are understandable, as you can't access them regularly to clean them, but the others at toilet level are unacceptable! Unclean toilets, no regularly (or even rarely...) replenished paper, no weekly handwash in the machines provided! Now, as for the service... deplorable. The staff were as unpleasant as could be, thankfully Sadou was there to save the day! As for the snack bar, meals were ordered at 8pm and served at 10:30pm! The cook was overwhelmed and the person in charge (I think) did nothing but press him instead of helping him (he replied: "I do what I can!")... fortunately the food was "good" that evening! Because on another evening, we were served limp fries so as not to relight the deep fryer.... In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this campsite unless, like us, you manage to entertain yourself, because even the activities are mixed, as the activity leader (Sadou) can't do everything by himself when even his own colleagues are vile people!

Alors par où commencer?…. J’ai mis une étoile car la possibilité de ne pas en mettre n’est pas disponible… Extrêmement déçu de ce camping « 3 étoiles » ! Venu avec des ami.e.s pour une semaine, pour nous relaxer, profiter entre nous et s’amuser, ça n’a pas été le cas. Bien que le lodge était propre et mignon, tout le reste n’allait pas. Des fontaines extérieur qui ne fonctionnent pas pour l’approvisionnement des locations sans accès a l’eau : obligés de se rendre dans les sanitaires pour s’approvisionner en eau « potable ».. Justement, pour ce qui en est des sanitaires : catastrophique ! Vitres cassées, toiles d’araignées partout (en soit, celle tout en haut du plafond sont compréhensibles de ne pas pouvoir y accéder régulièrement pour les nettoyer, mais les autres à la hauteur des toilettes, inacceptable! Toilettes non propres, pas de papiers réapprovisionnés régulièrement (voire rarement…), aucun produit pour les mains de la semaine dans les machines prévues pour cet effet! Maintenant, pour ce qui est du service… déplorable. Le personnel était désagréable au possible, heureusement que Sadou était là pour sauver a minimum les meubles! En relation avec le snack, repas commandés à 20h et servis à 22h30! Le cuisinier était submergé et la responsable (je pense) n’a fait que de le presser au lieu de l’aider (il lui a répondu : « je fais ce que je peux! »)… heureusement que la nourriture était « bonne » ce soir là ! Car un autre soir, on nous sert des frites molles pour ne pas rallumer la friteuse…. Pour conclure, je ne recommande pas ce camping, sauf si, comme nous, vous réussissez à vous divertir par vous-même car même les activités restent mitigées car l’animateur (Sadou) ne peut pas tout faire par lui-même quand même ses propres collègues sont de viles personnes!

Camping Seasonova Les Plages de LoireWhat can I say... it was a great spectacle of insect-filled filth and cobwebs in the bathrooms. Nevertheless, the lodge is a good place to stay for the price. The staff needs a complete overhaul, and it's about time they ate some carrots. A special mention goes to Saddou, the only host, who does his best to run the lodge on his own, while being the only member of staff to be smiling, friendly and pleasant to be around.

Que dire… c’était un grand spectacle d’immondices rempli d’insecte et de toiles d’araignée dans les sanitaires. Le lodge reste néanmoins bon à y vivre pour le prix. Le personnel est à revoir entièrement, il serait temps de manger quelques carottes. Grosse mention à Saddou, seul animateur, qui fait de son mieux pour animer seul tout en étant l’unique membre du staff à être souriant, aimable et agréable à côtoyer.

A family campsite with very friendly, hard-working staff. Clean sanitary facilities, modern design. The location is top. Personal, cozy, highly recommended. Brand new, 2 great safari tents and an apartment with whirlpool. Camping is lived there 🥰. We and our children love it 👍

Unser zweites Zuhause direkt hinter den Dünen eines wunderschönen Strandes. Tolle Umgebung für jeden Geschmack was zu erleben bei Sonne und Regenwetter. Ein familiärer Campingplatz mit sehr lieben, bemühten Mitarbeitern. Saubere sanitäre Anlagen , modern gestaltet. Die Lage ist Top. Persönlich, gemütlich, nur zu empfehlen. Ganz neu ,2 tolle Safarizelte und ein Apartment mit Whirlpool. Dort wird Camping gelebt🥰. Wir und unsere Kinder lieben es 👍
