Disappointed by this "4 star" campsite. 3 nights on a pitch that's a far cry from the advertised "approx. 80m2 on all pitches"! As soon as we walked in the door, we were immediately told about the services (for a fee!) offered by the campsite! A well-oiled speech to consume! Forgetting to mention the small annotation on the payment form for our reservation.......!!! Dirty terrace around the pool, dirty green drain grate, cobwebs in the toilets, etc.... For a 4-star campsite, it's average! We will not return.

We had a wonderful stay. The activities are numerous and varied, with great nature themes. The staff are charming and very helpful. The location is great in the forest. Thanks to the whole team!

Wonderful campsite, where the children also learn something about farm life!

Full campsite and very busy. Too bad that the barrier was broken our whole vacation, even at night cars drove over the site which gave a lot of noise. The toilets are clean most places are nice, especially by the river very nice. Animation team present, we did not use, but we saw enthusiastic children going there. You have to drive quite far to do fun activities, we had not done the proper research ourselves and thought we were a bit more in the Ardennes. It was ok, but not quite our place.

We are now at this campground but do not recognize these bad reviews at all. Super unfortunate because this really gives a bad and wrong image of the campsite. It is a super campsite where the children have fun all day. All sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wonder what you are used to then if you can give this kind of negative reviews.... we are very satisfied and recommend this campsite to everyone!

A very nice campsite in Le Marche with Dutch owners. Especially nice for children of elementary school age. Nice play area, good swimming pool, soccer cage and trampoline! Children have time of their lives and can run around freely! Nice location in the valley, not shade everywhere, but shady forest where you can sit/hang out in the hammock. Fun activities for young and old; kids breakfast, soccer tournament, kids disco and yoga and silent disco for parents.

Beautiful campsite where the negative comments come from I do not really understand. Except for the toilet building which is outdated and does not give a fresh impression. But the owners after my idea friendly people. Efficient check in would be desirable.The garbage cans 3 pieces that you get is a good idea I do find it a pity that you have to pay cash deposit for it again hassle with check out. Not a campsite for us but that is taste. And a setback with check out shows that the pitch price exclexclusive persons is 2 nights 3 people 112 eur. Price quality far to seek.

Pool

Always enjoy Huttopia sites and this one was one of the best. We were lucky to be one of the first families to visit the site as it had only opened a couple of months ago, so everything was shiny and new with some of the equipment new and unused. The site is in the Pilat National Park just south of Lyon high up in the hills with an amazing view out to the Alps in the distance. It is surrounded by trees, farmland and vineyards with quiet country roads winding up through hills from the Rhône valley below. Sundowners on the terrace of the central lodge are made truly special because of the view. We stayed in a Trappeur tent (a step up from our usual Canadienne tent) with a bathroom, kitchen with sink and a plancha grill and comfy seats out on the large terrace. The log burner wasn’t needed as the temperature rarely fell below 30 degrees the entire time we were there! On site there was a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the normal morning bakery service, games, table tennis tables and the indoor and outdoor pool. The pools became very busy during the heat of the afternoon, but everyone is very considerate and it didn’t really matter, it was just good to have somewhere to cool off. One of our favourite pastimes was watching all the young children and their pool antics over the week. Our children are now mid teens, so the laid on activities were not of great interest, although we enjoyed the open air cinema and the live music. We instead visited local towns, the WAM park for waterskiing, went on two of the many well signposted walks and did a lot of relaxing and reading. All in all, a fabulous site for a great holiday.

Great campsite! Friendly atmosphere, beautiful surroundings. Pitches are spacious and green. River and swimming pool very nice! We had a very good time. Restaurant is OK but actually too expensive for what you get. Host friendly and enthusiastic but at busy times they still can't handle it well. Error was also not really well solved (our appetizer was forgotten and we immediately got our, somewhat meager, main course. After reporting it, they did apologize and it was taken off the bill, but I would have quite liked my appetizer. They could have offered a free drink or dessert as compensation, but that didn't happen either...) and that coupled with the high price/quality ratio made us walk away after dinner with a double feeling. If it had been just camping restaurant prices (around 15 euros for a full main course, instead of 27 euros (you pay for fries and some salad a lot extra!) I would be a bit milder but for this money I expect good food and good service. That said, it was otherwise a super nice stay on a very fine campsite!

This campground is run by unfriendly, slow job students. The place is not tidy. Around the pool there was all debris. The toilets are really GOOR. It stinks there and it is mixed. There is an outdated playground. A nice little animal park. It's a transit campground with nice elements, but they unfortunately lack cleanliness and maintenance. Tov Mont Saint Michel it is a good location.
