EuroParcs Enkhuizer StrandWe are divided in our assessment between the quality of the accommodation and the lack of a receptionist on arrival and of communication to enable us to access the accommodation on the first night. This forced us to look for a hotel that would allow us to spend the night, incurring additional costs not to mention the annoyance... The reservation was made through Airbnb and our efforts to obtain a refund are unfortunately unsatisfactory...

Nous sommes partagés pour laisser une appréciation entre la qualité des prestations du logement et l’absence de personne d’accueil lors de notre arrivée et de communication pour nous permettre d’accéder au logement la première nuit. Ce qui nous a contraint de chercher un hôtel nous permettant de passer la nuit occasionnant des frais supplémentaires sans compter la contrariété… La réservation a été passée par Airbnb et nos démarches pour obtenir un remboursement n’est malheureusement pas satisfaisante…

Buitengoed RuysbosWe enjoyed our cottage, the sauna and the hot tub. Although the cottage is obviously very basic, it contains everything you need in the first place. Super conveniently arranged and in addition it looks very attractive. The sauna and hot tub are a wonderful, luxurious addition to further "a back to basics" stay. The kookhuys offers additional options for baking sandwiches, for example, but of course on Saturday they were delivered fresh!

We hebben genoten van ons huisje, de sauna en de hottub. Hoewel het huisje natuurlijk heel basic is, zit alles er in wat je in eerste instantie nodig hebt. Super handig ingedeeld en daarnaast ziet het er ook nog eens heel sfeervol uit. De sauna en hottub zijn een heerlijke, luxe aanvulling op verder ‘een terug naar de basis’ verblijf. Het kookhuys biedt extra mogelijkheden voor bijvoorbeeld het afbakken van broodjes, maar op zaterdag werden die natuurlijk vers geleverd!
