Excellent campsite. Reception very helpful. Booked for 3 nights stayed 16!!

A pleasant environment despite the 39°C that weekend, thanks to the outdoor and indoor pools. The view is superb.

The pizza, bruschetta, and salads were good. There was a small concert in the evening featuring a young female singer and guitarist—it was exceptional! Kudos to her; it was a treat to discover and hear her perform.

Warning: the wood around the pool gives you lots of little splinters. My kids and other guests got plenty of splinters in their feet (about 5 per person). The staff told us to keep our sandals on to avoid getting more and lent us tools to remove them.
Letting guests know in advance might be a solution.

A nice campground with its own restroom facilities for each campsite.
There are plenty of campsites.
The only downside is that there are no dining options or shopping facilities on the grounds.
You can order bread rolls at the front desk.

Very poor service from one of your employees

A 10 out of 10 campground. My experience was great. The staff was very friendly, especially MARCOS, the receptionist. He helped me a lot. A true professional. The facilities were well-maintained and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool’s hours. I’d often come back from the beach or hiking after 8:00 p.m., and it was already closed. The best part is how new it is and its design. I really appreciate the aesthetics. Congratulations!
