Camping Seasonova du ChêneThis is a fairly run down campsite 25 minutes from Nantes. We stayed here for a single night while heading north. The owner, or man on reception, is sadly a classically obnoxious local. I greeted him in French and then asked if he would be willing to speak English. His response was to ask me if I would like to speak French instead. His tone was snide and difficult and he made the check in process feel needlessly awkward. Resort Mooi BemelenMany opportunities for hiking and biking. At cycling distance from Valkenburg and Maastricht. Very nice that there is such a nice pool. Cottage with air conditioning and that was also very good because it was quite warm.

Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen en te fietsen. Op fiets afstand van Valkenburg en Maastricht. Erg fijn dat er zo’n mooi zwembad bij is. Huisje met airco en dat kwam ook erg goed uit omdat het behoorlijk warm was.

Camping ElbelingVery nice, quiet, congenial campground. Very friendly, helpful managers. Sanitary facilities are very clean. Ideal to relax. Beautiful surroundings! Also very dog-friendly. Very nice walks with our dog in the nature reserve! Highly recommended!
