Guests particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who provide excellent service with a smile. The central location near Sarlat and other attractions, with direct access to the Dordogne river, is highly valued. The relaxed atmosphere at this small-scale family campsite and the well-maintained swimming pool contribute to a restful holiday experience. Sanitary facilities and camping pitches are cleaned regularly, although some guests note that more shade is desired in certain areas and that the restaurant could be improved in terms of opening hours and menu options.

We were very disappointed with the quality of service for the tent sites. Sinks without outlets for shaving or drying your hair. Sites without proper hedges, so they didn’t block any light from the other bungalows in the middle of the night (the whoooole night!!) ... The ground was dirt and therefore dusty… when it rains, it’s a total mud fest! We understand the impacts of the drought. We don’t understand why guests weren’t warned or offered an alternative (site) better suited for tents. This really needs to be addressed.
Not to mention the lack of cell service, but especially Wi-Fi… it’s always better to be warned before paying, but that’s clearly not the policy here.

I won’t dwell on the lack of respect shown by other guests. People’s manners leave much to be desired on vacation, so it’s up to me to call an “emergency number” to report others’ disrespectful behavior. What an “emergency.”

We cut our trip short after a restless night due to disturbances from others. Once we’ve filed our complaints, a simple email will be sent to headquarters to “make our case” and hope we don’t fall victim to a potentially large, unethical chain.

In short, whether you’re in an RV or a bungalow, your nights—just like the campground itself—belong to you. You can really feel the difference in treatment. For us little campers, the value for money is enough to make you want to scream—and not with joy.

Anyway, thank goodness the person at the front desk was honest and friendly!

Everything was perfect, and since you handle waste sorting—including organic waste—you'll need a small, lidded bucket to take the waste to the compost bin.

Nice campground, except that the evening events advertised on paper didn’t live up to their promises—no dance parties, no karaoke, no bingo, no cocktail games, etc. Just a single concert in 15 days and a magician...
Explanations given at the end of the stay: people are just visiting and are tired,
So the description of the evening events needs to be rewritten, because if you’re looking for social activities, you’d better look elsewhere.
