Camping Village SyStayed at this campsite for 4 days and I was immediately recognized by the Dutch campsite owner when I stayed at this beautiful campsite 2 years ago. You are made tremendously welcome by them. They always have a moment for a chat and are happy to help you with anything. If you want to bbq, they have bbqs you can borrow. For evenings there is a terrace where you can have a nice dinner or a drink. The location is also fantastic, in front of the campsite a grassy field with trees on the Ourthe. I would very much like to come back here again.

4 dagen verbleven op deze camping en ik werd gelijk herkend door de Nederlandse campingeigenaar toen ik 2 jaar geleden op deze mooie camping verbleef. Je wordt enorm welkom geheten door ze. Ze hebben altijd een moment voor een praatje en helpen je graag met alles. Als je wilt bbqen, hebben ze bbqs die je mag lenen. Voor ‘s avonds is er een terras waar je heerlijk kan eten of een borrel kan drinken. De ligging is ook fantastisch, vóór de camping een grasveld met bomen aan de Ourthe. Ik kom hier zeer graag weer terug.

Camping La ChiocciolaHighly recommended!!! Beautiful campsite, spacious spots and lots of shade possible. The pool is lovely, sunbeds everywhere that you can use for free. On the campsite itself at the pool you can get some food and drinks. The campsite also has a restaurant at the back of the campsite. Highly recommended! Delicious dishes. Especially the "spinaci ricotta gnudi's in a sauce of parmesan cheese" tasted very good to us. The owner makes the place totally special. Very friendly. She made us feel very welcome. In addition, she helped us arrange transportation to Florence. In fact, you can easily take the bus (bus station 2 min walk from the campsite) to the train station in Bucine, where you can catch the train directly to Florence or Arezzo. The bus does not return in the evening but the owner arranged a cab for us. Of course at our own expense, but it was very nice that she arranged this because of the language barrier. If we ever want to go to Tuscany again, we will definitely come back!

Een echte aanrader!! Prachtige camping, ruime plekken en veel schaduw mogelijk. Het zwembad is heerlijk, overal ligbedden waar je gratis gebruik van mag maken. Op de camping zelf bij het zwembad kan je wat eten en drinken halen. Daarnaast heeft de camping een restaurant wat helemaal achterin de camping ligt. Echt een aanrader! Heerlijke gerechten. Vooral de “spinaci ricotta gnudi’s in een saus van parmezaanse kaas” smaakten ons erg goed. De eigenaresse maakt de plek helemaal bijzonder. Heel vriendelijk. Ze liet ons erg welkom voelen. Daarnaast heeft ze ons geholpen vervoer te regelen naar Florence. Je kan namelijk gemakkelijk met de bus (busstation op 2 min lopen van de camping) naar het treinstation in Bucine, waar je de trein rechtstreeks naar Florence of Arezzo kunt pakken. De bus gaat s’avonds niet meer terug maar daar heeft de eigenaresse voor ons een taxi voor geregeld. Uiteraard wel voor onze eigen rekening, maar het was erg prettig dat zij dit regelde in verband met de taalbarrière. Mochten we ooit weer naar Toscane willen, dan komen wij zeker terug!

Kampeerdorp de ZandstuveIt was our first time in a glamping tent and we really liked it. Private bathroom and a good bed. Cozy little square with lots of children. Our daughter could not yet participate in all the activities but she enjoyed the pool with the slides, lots of sand, the owl school the playgrounds and everything around her.

Het was voor ons de eerste keer in een glamping tent en dat is heel goed bevallen. Eigen sanitair en een goed bed. Gezellig pleintje met veel kinderen. Onze dochter kon nog niet aan alle activiteiten deelnemen maar ze heeft genoten van het zwembad met de glijbanen, het vele zand, de uilenschool de speeltuintjes en alles wat om haar heen gebeurde.

Toen ik naar een postbus vroeg, bood de medewerkster spontaan aan om mijn kaart te posten op weg naar huis. Er werd niet moeilijk gedaan om eerst fietsstoeltje op onze fiets te passen, alvorens het te huren. Prima geholpen met verhuur e-choppers.
