    With the camper stood there, was amazed at the beauty everywhere, did not find a hair in the showers and the toilets spotless. Must say also lies to the guests who come and those are all very polite and well educated, not to complain against eastappen but here comes just a different crowd than what is there and then everything remains clean and whole. The rules here are clear where everyone should stick to. For the kids sat to do that do not get bored. Indoor play area, a lake deep and shallow with climbing cube, things are organized for the kids, pool with a pleasant temperature for young and old. Are remarkably many dogs but you will not find a dog turd anywhere. For us a good reason when we were there to come right back the next weekend. Very nice surroundings against the German border. The coverage with your phone is very poor and actually not doable with the exception of KPN I've heard. You can buy codes at the reception for 24 hours internet but that does not always work optimally and that I do need business. All in all still a well-deserved 5 star review and hope to see you soon.

    Met de camper daar gestaan, was verbaasd over de schoonheid overal, kwam geen haartje tegen in de douches en de toiletten brandschoon. Moet zeggen ligt ook aan het gasten die er komen en die zijn allemaal erg beleefd en wel opgevoed, niet om te klagen tegen oostappen maar hier komt toch even ander publiek dan wat zich daar bevind en dan blijft ook alles schoon en heel. De regels zijn hier duidelijk waar iedereen zich aan hoort te houden. Voor de kids zat te doen die hoeven zich niet te vervelen. Binnenspeel ruimte, een meertje diep en ondiep met klimkubus, worden dingen voor de kids georganiseerd, zwembad met een aangename temperatuur voor jong en oud. Zijn opvallend veel honden maar je zal nergens een hondendrol vinden. Voor ons een goede reden toen we daar waren om gelijk het volgend weekend terug te komen. Zeer mooie omgeving tegen de Duitse grens. Het bereik met je telefoon is zeer slecht en eigenlijk niet te doen met uitzondering van KPN heb ik gehoord. Je kan codes kopen bij de receptie voor 24 uur internet maar dat werkt ook niet altijd optimaal en dat heb ik zakelijk wel nodig. Alles daarom bij elkaar toch een welverdiende 5 sterren review en graag tot ziens.

    Peaceful campsite in a beautiful location! A small campground where we had a great time camping. Especially the view from the pool is breathtaking and never boring. The campsite is very suitable for children because of its clarity and (play) facilities. Since the summer of 2023 there are new (Dutch) managers who have really made something nice and cozy of it. Here and there some work still needs to be done, but the campsite has the potential to become a real gem!

    Rustgevende camping op een prachtige locatie! Een kleine camping waar wij fijn hebben gekampeerd. Vooral het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad is adembenemend en verveelt nooit. De camping is door de overzichtelijkheid en (speel)faciliteiten heel geschikt voor kinderen. Sinds de zomer van 2023 zitten er nieuwe (Nederlandse) beheerders op die er echt iets leuks en gezelligs van hebben gemaakt. Hier en daar moet er nog wat gebeuren, maar de camping heeft absoluut de potentie om een pareltje te worden!

    Unfortunately there were only disadvantages to the accommodation. If the journey had not been so far, we would have left immediately after inspecting the accommodation. Outrageous to offer such a shabby accommodation for this exorbitant price. The only positive thing was the short walk to the beach, which you had to clear of thorns yourself to even get through. The house is damp, no closets, everything only makeshift renovated, baseboards loose etc, never designed for 4 adults.

    Leider gab es nur Nachteile an der Unterkunft. Waere der Anreiseweg nicht so weit gewesen ,waeren wir sofort nach Inspektion der Unterkunft wieder abgereist. Unverschämt eine solch schäbige Behausung für diesen Wucherpreis überhaupt anzubieten. Das einzig positive war der kurze Weg zum Strand, den man selber noch von Dornen befreien musste um überhaupt durchzukommen. Das Haus ist feucht, keine Kleiderschränke, alles nur notdürftig renoviert, fussleisten lose etc, niemals für 4 Erwachsene ausgelegt.

    Al jaren zeer tevreden. Mooi gelegen, fijne mensen, goeie kroeg op het terrein. Naast de golfbaan, vlakbij Hollum, ruime keus uit verschillende stranden. Topcamping!
