De Thijmse BergI spent 4 months at cottage 86 at Thijmse Berg. The reception was very sloppy with updating payments of rent, sending emails etc. Furthermore, there was maintenance on roof etc without consultation. was even sleeping once when employees of park on roof were busy with leaf removal. Communication is very poor and when I was just 1 week in cottage had a bulldozer for 8 days for my cottage at work. After 1,5 month this happened again because of new houses to be placed. Here is not consulted with tenants. also the park is noisy and restaurant is snack bar worthy. In short not recommended for the winter. In the summer the park will function best but for longstay rent I advise against the park. The cottage itself was top. So kudos to the owner but not to vacation park.

Ik heb 4 maanden op vakantiehuisje 86 gezeten op de Thijmse Berg. De receptie was erg slordig met bijwerken betalingen huur, sturen mails e.d.. Verder werd er onderhoud gepleegd op dak etc zonder overleg. lag zelfs een keer te slapen toen er medewerkers van park op dak bezig waren met bladverwijdering. Communicatie is erg slecht en toen ik net 1 week in huisje zat had ik een bulldozer voor 8 dagen voor mijn huisje aan het werk. Na 1,5 maand gebeurde dat nogmaals ivm nieuw te plaatsen huisjes. Hier wordt niet met huurders overlegd. ook is het park lawaaiig en restaurant is snackbar waardig. Kortom geen aanrader voor in de winter. In de zomer zal het park best functioneren maar voor longstay huur raad ik het park af. Het huisje zelf was wel top. Hulde aan de eigenaar dus maar niet aan vakantiepark.
