When I called to make a reservation and told them that our boys have autism she really took the time to see what would be a good spot because of the renovation at the park with noise pollution. Because of this we really had a very nice place.

Resort VeluweWhen I returned home after my stay I found that I had forgotten earplugs from my smartphone, I called the reception and they were found, when I asked if they could send them to me they didn't think it was a problem and a week later I got them sent to my home. Great service!

Toen ik na mijn verblijf weer thuis kwam constateerde ik dat ik oordopjes van mijn smartphone was vergeten, ik belde naar de receptie en ze waren gevonden, toen ik vroeg of men ze naar mij op wilde sturen vond men dat geen probleem en een week later kreeg ik ze thuis gestuurd. Prima service!
