Resort Veluwe.the lady at the front desk was super nice. I just want to mention that you pay for cleaning of the hot tub but it was not cleaned. We have also seen that at another accommodation this also did not happen. Yet you pay 50 euros for that?

.de dame bij de receptie was super aardig. Ik wil alleen wel even kwijt dat je betaald voor schoonmaak van de hottub maar deze is niet schoongemaakt. Ook hebben wij gezien dat bij een andere accommodatie dit ook niet gebeurde. Toch betaal je daar 50 euro voor ??

De jongeman die ons geholpen heeft bij de receptie was top. Toen ik belde dat het huisje niet schoon was ondernam hij gelijk actie en zorgde dat wij in het restaurant en hapje en een drankje kregen. Later kregen we nog een leuke attentie omdat we lang hadden moeten wachten. Top!

Resort VeluweWe have no names, but the cleanliness of our cottage completely surprised us! Compared to other parks, this is worth a big 10! So when we saw how much time the cleaning has per cottage, this is not surprising.... In other parks they are gone with 10 minutes and not clean, with you they are considerably longer and it is clean. So.....???????????? Also, we were kindly received at check-in and check-out. Despite the crowds at check out they took the time to ask how it had been, so top!

We hebben geen namen, maar de properheid van ons huisje heeft ons volstrekt verrast! Ten opzichte van andere parken is dit een dikke 10 waard! Toen we zagen hoeveel tijd de schoonmaak heeft per huisje is dit dan ook niet verrassend... In andere parken zijn ze met 10 minuten weg en niet schoon, bij jullie zijn ze aanzienlijk langer bezig en is het schoon. Dus.....???????????? Ook zijn we vriendelijk ontvangen bij het inchecken en uitchecken. Ondanks de drukte bij het uitchecken nam ze de tijd om te vragen hoe het was geweest, dus top!
