Absolutely brilliant location, holiday home (Hackfort 4) was immaculate and had more to offer than any we've stayed in either UK or abroad, fully equipped and air con was great too. Location itself its very relaxing and peaceful and we found loads to do within close range (30 mins drive) if you don't want to stay on site and relax! Great pool and slide, not huge but never felt busy and they offered loads of extra activities for the kids, mainly FOC which was great. All in all a fantastic stay and no more than 4 hours from Calais by car, an easy drive and loads to do to help you wind down from day to day life!! Thanks for a fantastic stay!!!

Nice place with nice offers for all those who just want to camp without annoying animation but still with offers for young and old. We were able to borrow lots of things, from bikes to SUBs. The location is perfect! Right on the beach but also within walking distance of the town! In short: we had a great time!

Very good campsite, we had a premium mobile home and everything was perfect. The outdoor pool area is very pleasant, even if the water was a little cold, and the indoor pool could have used a few degrees more. We didn't take advantage of the snack bar, but the campsite staff are charming and very friendly.

We stayed in a Mobile Home, we had a good time, except for a few minor flaws that could be improved...for example, mosquito nets on all the windows not only in the rooms would be good. Also the shutter on one window was broken and the parking lot for some Home is a bit inconvenient to get to the home with luggage. Apart from these small things we had a good time,the staff at the front desk very kind and friendly!!!

We rented a tent pitch for 2 people, and on arrival we had 2 problems: at the time of booking we were not told that the connection system was designed for camping cars. The staff at reception gave us the only solution of shopping around to find a connection, resulting in 3 days without electricity. The second drawback was that the pitch was located 15 meters from the road, so there was no place to rest. On the plus side, there's a grocery store and pizzeria on site, as well as activities and proximity to the beach. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

Perfect, quiet campsite in nature on a small lake. There is a little restaurant and the sites are spacious. Beautiful natural surroundings. Everything you need for a wonderful camping feeling.

Nice children's campsite, pool small and too crowded. Nice view of the mountains. Difficult to unwind due to noise around you. Sat near the garbage, bothered by the smells and throwing away the glass. Some entertainment like karaoke and hide and seek were fun. Restaurant okay, more healthier choices would be nice. Restrooms were dirty and wet more often.

ביתנים טובים,נקיים,מסודרים וכוללים אביזרי מטבח. חדר הילדים קטן מאד ולא מתאים ל 3 ילדים. יש חדר שרותים אחד בביתן. לאחר 1700 אין עובד קבלה,ואין עם מי לדבר. מצעים,מגבות הובטח בתשלום ולא היו,נאלצנו לקנות. מיזוג אויר בתשלום נייר טואלט !!!! בתשלום וגם חסר בקבלה . כאמור כל תוספת או בקשה בתשלום. יש סופר 5 נסיעה פתוח מספר שעות קצר. יש סופר במרחק 15 דקות גדול יותר ושעות פתיחה סבירות. המרחק לאמסטרדם כשעה וחצי וכך גם לאתרי תיירות מרכזיים. מתקני הילדים לא משהו.... והבריכה קטנה ולא אטרקטיבית יש חניה ליד כל ביתן.

Unfortunately very disappointing - no recommendation The vacation home was in a very poor condition: very worn furniture (artificial leather crumbling, large cracks), dirty bathrooms and walls, leaky windows through which it rained in, dirty showers, defective lamps and fans, damaged floor and dining table as well as a stained, painted carpet. The absolute highlight in negative terms: cut fingernails from previous tenants in the sofa seat - simply disgusting. We reported some defects directly, others only became apparent during our stay. Nevertheless, we were told that complaints could only be made until 12 noon on the day of arrival - completely unrealistic. As "compensation" we were only offered to waive the final cleaning fee of €94, which is far too little for the shortcomings. We were told to put blankets over the broken furniture. Zero concession from the staff on site. Various emails have also remained unanswered. Simply disappointing! Absolutely unacceptable for the price. We will definitely not be back and cannot recommend the park.

Very pleasant family campsite. Beach less than 200m away. Swimming pool and various activities at the top. But the big black spot is the snack bar when you manage to order, unable to be on time, and then you arrive one minute after the order time, i.e. 9:46 pm, you're refused... and in the morning at 9:30 am but never open on time, surely people who earn too much money and aren't at the service of holidaymakers. What a shame! Thanks to the campsite's staff and entertainers for their good humor and friendliness.

The toilets and shower block was not cleaned, it smelt of dirty drains, had cobwebs everywhere, not a pleasant place to get clean. The fresh water drains were blocked with leaves and was overflowing. Very dirty and dusty site. A nice pool but very slippery on the wooden decks l slipped and broke my wrist, I reported this to reception, they replied 'yes it is slippery' but no warning notices were shown, the receptionist was not helpful at all. This is the 4th campsite we have stayed in on the Loire Valley l would not recommend it! I will never use another Huttopia site.
