Résidence ValkenburgThe 3 ladies at the reception were super positive and always willing to help you. Also the guy who came to see the sauna for the 3rd time was super nice and no problem im coming every time. A big 10 for the staff.

De 3 dames bij de receptie waren super positief en altijd bereid om je te helpen. Ook de man die voor de 3e x naar de sauna kwam kijken was super aardig en geen probleem im iedere keer te komen. Een dikke 10 voor het personeel.

Alle medewerkers zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. In het restaurant kreeg onze hond altijd water en koekjes. Het eten was ook erg lekker. Wel wat prijzig.

Wij vonden het wel zeer jammer dat het restaurant/bar niet open was rond de middag voor een eventuele lunch of drankje. Deze gaat pas open om 16.30. Verder was het eten en bediening erg goed dat moet gezegd worden.
