Resort BosvalleiOil balls offered for New Year's Eve was very thoughtful. Teething problems were fixed immediately (we were the first guests in cottage 71 and some things were not finished, was done immediately). Perhaps an idea to put an extra pillow in the closets though. For me it was way too thin and that was a shame. Threshold outside was missing at the door (causing cold under it, but was fixed same day). I also missed a kettle and small forks. Jet shower head was loose and faucet in bathroom leaked into the bottom drawer.

Oliebollen die werden aangeboden voor oudjaarsdag was heel erg attent. Kinderziektes werden meteen opgelost (wij waren de eerste gasten in huisje 71 en er waren nog wat dingen niet af, werd meteen gedaan). Wellicht wel een idee om een extra kussen in de kasten te leggen. Voor mij was het veel te dun en dat vond ik jammer. Drempel buiten miste bij de deur (waardoor er kou onder kwam, maar werd zelfde dag opgelost). Verder miste ik een waterkoker en kleine vorkjes. Stortdouche douchekop zat los en kraan in badkamer lekte in het onderste lade door.

Resort BosvalleiThe "Luxus 4 Personen" was really great. We enjoyed the very good WIFI, because of lookdown we can watch some Stuff on Netflix. The heating worked very well and it is great that we can adjust it to our own preference. Overall we had a great week, thank you Topparken!
