Resort BosvalleiSurprisingly, we found no microwave in the expanded kitchen. Sauna warms up a little slower on a cold morning, but was fine and the jacuzzi was a blessing !

Verrassend genoeg vonden we geen magnetron in de uitgebreide keuken. Sauna warmt iets langzamer op op een koude morgen, maar voldeed prima en de jacuzzi was een zegen !

Resort BosvalleiAfter we had reported 2x malfunctions in the Christmas vacations (shower drain resp. power outage) and power could not be fixed quickly, we were given voucher for a midweek. We were able to use it now and many thanks for that. Top service!

Nadat we in de kerstvakantie 2x storing hadden gemeld (doucheput resp. stroomuitval) en stroom niet snel kon worden opgelost, kregen we tegoedbon voor een midweek. Die hebben we nu kunnen gebruiken en veel dank daarvoor. Top service!

Resort BosvalleiThe front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. This was our first experience with top parks and it was incredibly good. The welcome package, package for the children, the packet of water at departure. The park was clean, nice accommodations. We will definitely come back.

De medewerkers van de receptie en het restaurant waren zeer vriendelijk. Dit was onze eerste ervaring met topparken en het is ontzettend goed bevallen. Het welkomspakket, pakket voor de kinderen, het pakje water bij vetrek. Het park was netjes, mooie accommodaties. Wij komen zeker terug.

Resort BosvalleiWe were a little earlier than 3 p.m., the time that can be checked in. No problem. Our vacation rental was already ready and we were allowed to take the key; receive it immediately and get into our bungalow. That is very nice.
