Very friendly service at the check-in desk

Perfect communication on the phone when I had some questions before the booking procedure (don't remember her name, sorry). Very comfortable and easy procedure without any trouble when my parents joined us for 2 days. Very nice area, lovely and quiet park with all the canals. We enjoyed our stay.

All equally friendly ????

We were pleased with the large outdoor space that comes with the cottage. One downside: when we arrived, there was a very pungent cleaning smell (heavy odor) in the cottage. So we spent the whole evening opening everything against each other to get that out. Lisa helped us just fine!

Het huisje is erg mooi en heeft een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. De veranda is ook erg fijn met extra parasol. Genoeg plek. Ook voor de rolstoel. De eerste slaapkamer met twee persoons bed is toegankelijk voor rolstoel. Het bed hebben we wat opgeschoven zodat de rolstoel er kan staan. De badkamer is ook prima. De omgeving Durbuy vormenpark en midgetgolf is toegankelijk. Net als weres met zijn hunebedden. De route is te doen met de rolstoel. Het museum is ook leuk. Stadje dichtbij met winkels en bakker.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf, ruim en schoon, perfect voor gezinnen en een mooie tuin voor de kinderen om te spelen, de keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om te koken

Le chalet est très agréable et dispose d'une belle cuisine avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La véranda est également très agréable avec un parasol supplémentaire. Assez d'espace. Aussi pour le fauteuil roulant. La première chambre avec un lit double est accessible en fauteuil roulant. Nous avons un peu déplacé le lit pour que le fauteuil roulant puisse s'y tenir. La salle de bain est bien aussi. Informations sur les alentours Le parc de forme de Durbuy et le minigolf sont accessibles. Tout comme wass avec ses dolmens. Le parcours est accessible en fauteuil roulant. Le musée est également agréable. Ville à proximité avec commerces et boulangerie.

Het was erg leuk. De huizen zijn geweldig, dicht bij het strand, we komen graag terug.

We were happy to finally have a bedroom and bathroom with slightly more generous dimensions, usually the space around the bed is too tight, especially for elderly people. And from us the air conditioning should be standard and not chargeable. With hot weather it is unbearable inside.
