Have been coming to Noordwijk all my life, due to last minute need for sea air now for the first time at EuroParcs.
A little hesitant because of bad reviews, turned out to be unjustified.
We had 3 people (1 adult, 2 teenagers) the deluxe cottage for 5 people.
When driving up we were still hoping it would not be that cottage, but it was. Turned out better than the 1st impression suggested.
The cottage is neat, cozy and quite clean. For 3 people fine, 5 would make me cranky, too cramped.
Minor flaws such as a lock that doesn't close properly and thus has to be turned from the inside to make sure the dog doesn't escape and the shower head sinking down. Not dramatic.
Big pluses: location: we had 333a, with unobstructed view over the fields and no privacy. Spacious living room, neat bathroom. More than enough closet space in the bedrooms. Well insulated, very comfortable. Very nice furniture in the living room.
Friendly people at the reception.

Minuses: also free view of the waste disposal site, very messy. Directly on sometimes very busy road. Beds very narrow and anything but comfortable, after 2 nights my back was done with it, after 4 nights my physio appeared to be having the day of his life, everything hurts. Children could not turn around properly without hitting the wall. No storage space in the kitchen. Combi microwave in need of replacement. Bathroom gets slippery, solved with small towel under shower on floor and large towel between toilet & sink.
Park itself tidy, except considerable presence of dog turds. Website suggests easy walk towards beach, which is still quite a bit. We did not mind, but 3 km through dunes is quite a distance for some.

All in all we had a few very nice days, sleep we'll catch up at home. Price-quality in proportion.

Beautiful buildings, mediocre in terms of their maintenance. Blocks under the sofa used to repair its legs. I pulled the guide rails of the curtain from the wall and loose faucets. Furthermore, I put the legs under the bed in the right place. Other than that, it was okay.

Overall pleasant stay, both for the enjoyment of the park and its staff and for life in the accommodation.

What we liked:
- the park is quiet and close to towns & forests for discovering the area and walking
- our cottage was pleasant with a nice living room (large table, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, comfortable sofa and armchair) and storage in the bedrooms
- the gym is well-equipped and pleasant to use
- the pool is at a good temperature

What we disliked:
- small bedrooms and bathrooms
- the property could do with a bit more upkeep: dirty curtains in the living room and entrance hall, dubiously clean sofa upholstery, unscrewed chair seats, no cuff on the living room bay window, etc.
- boiler in the dressing room of the parents' bedroom (noisy at night when switched on)
- the experience on arrival was average as it was 15 degrees in the accommodation, fortunately the heating system is efficient and restored the correct temperature within 2 hours.
- access to the pool requires a key to the accommodation, which is safe so that it's limited to residents, but not very practical as we only had one key, so we had to get organized.

There's also a brasserie on site, but we didn't go there.

Discovered thanks to a competition. We had the pleasure of spending an unusual night in a vintage caravan! It was great and so were the staff. The pool was great too! Bravo and thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay in our camper van. The pitches are large. The sanitary blocks are clean and heated, which is very pleasant in this season. All the staff were very helpful and available. We'll be back

Super séjour au calme en famille et entre amis.
Un bémol sur le sol pas vraiment propre ainsi que l'aspirateur aussi inefficace que bruyant !

I spent 2 nights in February in a tent with 3 beds. Price 120€ in total. Picked up the same day. For a tent, you don't lack anything: kitchen, bathroom, heating and heat pump. Location at the top of a hill, next to San Sebastian. Beautiful view. If you walk a little, you can see the sea. As soon as you leave the campsite, there's an outdoor parking lot (but also an indoor one). At midnight, car access is closed, but reception is open at night). Next door, the bus stop that takes us into town and to the beach. A stool all along if you want to do it on foot. So great for that.
Children's park inside. Very good

We had an unforgettable experience. Ms. Anne and Mr. Eddie are very friendly and resourceful. We had the opportunity to see the cows milking and helping a bit with the horses. We felt very relaxed in spite of the rainy weather. We feel fortunate to found this place. Thank you.
