One not to miss.

Very nice and well-maintained campground. Spacious pitches with auto blocking on level ground. Spacious and heated bathrooms. Attention ⚠️ , as written on the site of the campsite, from the highway take the exit Rimini Sud and NOT Rimini nord the one that the navigator gives, otherwise you will be on narrow streets with curves and climbs, not nice to do with the camper. I recommend.

The vacation park is pretty nice and a good stay during winter. Quiet with a nice location close to the Edese Bos. The facilities, however, are not that great - specially the washing and drying services in the shared Laundry. I had to pay twice for a washing machine that just wouldn't start and a dryer just did not dry my clothes, making me pay another time for a different dryer unit. You also need to bring your own detergent and softener which is not convenient at all if you plan on washing one load.

Fine cottage in beautiful surroundings

Excellent fine stay

There was a problem with the heating but immediately got another house and had little trouble with the fireworks. So my dog was quiet for the first time in years....

We had rented this cottage because we were looking for peace and quiet for our dog due to the fireworks. We certainly found that! A fine basic cottage, neat and clean. The park is nice and well maintained. Tip for the cottage: provide bedside tables and lamps by the beds. That would be another good improvement! Otherwise very satisfied!

The cottage is fine, located on a through road but you are not bothered by that. We were there with New Year's Eve. Large enclosed garden with jacuzzi under a canopy. Behind the house a forest where you can walk. Ideal if you want peace and escape the fireworks. The house is suitable for 8 people, but in our opinion max 6 people, beds are good, lovely comforter, beds are doubters, is a bit tight for two adults. The bathroom is fine, lovely shower with good water pressure, bathtub. It looked clean. Kitchen utensils were more than enough, ugly fluorescent lighting, but well was easily solved by another lamp ff put down. Wood stove, keep you can order from the owner via SMS. Dishwasher was broken, but did not spoil the fun. What we did miss was a manual for the TV and jacuzzi. Otherwise we had a wonderful week.

Thanks to neighbor with preference for loud music three nights barely and thus slept badly. Had hoped for less trouble from fireworks (for my dog), but it turned out to be "war" in the area for three days, so only the forest walks very early in the morning were enjoyable. Cottage is otherwise fine, park probably also, but my goal (quiet run-up to and turn of the year itself was in no way achieved. Therefore I returned home a day earlier. There it was quieter.

On Tuesday we got a call that we could get into the cottage as early as noon. Wednesday we arrived at noon and happily entered our cottage. Unfortunately, everything was still super dirty. Even skid marks in the toilet 😭 crumbs, hair. Went back to reception and up to 3x they had to send someone again to clean it. Because of this we were not able to move into our cottage until 3 hours later. They were accommodating after our complaint though and we would get a weekend at their expense which we really appreciated. Friday we had problems with the sewer. Fortunately were able to fix it ourselves until Saturday afternoon when nothing at all drained. We could not go to the toilet or use water shower etc. Late in the evening a company came to fix it. But the smell hanging in the house was unbearable.... We drove home at 22:00 out of misery and because of this we went home 1 day early. Unfortunately, after an email to the park, we no longer receive a response and we are very bummed about that. We are still hoping for an appropriate response. Because now feel 800 euros thrown away 😕
