Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and uncomplicated. However, you should speak English if you don't speak Dutch. Bike rental also went quickly and, above all, at short notice without any problems. By the way, I recommend an e-bike for the area! I had only rented a normal bike, which quickly reaches its limits in this hilly and mountainous area! It's easy to get to Maastricht (I cycled to the city center in 25 minutes) and Valkenburg (15 minutes by bike). There are shops in the next town, Cadier en Keer (5 minutes by car). I recommend the Jumbo Markt there. The Aldi is not recommended. The area around the resort is beautiful for walking and cycling. However, there is nothing else there, really nothing! No restaurant or bakery within walking or cycling distance. The park map shows a brasserie, but there was none. After a few days you have seen and done everything that is possible in the surrounding area. I wouldn't plan to stay there for longer than a week. The houses are beautiful and modern. Functionally furnished. What bothered me personally is that everything is very open. The terraces offer no privacy whatsoever, it's like sitting on a platter. A little tip: the only houses with terraces that cannot be seen are the "Ravenbosch" at the upper end of the resort. So if you want some privacy, you should choose one of these houses. Incidentally, the resort is close to Maastricht Airport! There are planes landing over the park a few times a day. All in all, I spent a lovely, peaceful week there. The weather was great, I saw a lot and was able to relax. However, it was also low season and only a few houses were occupied.

Beautiful cottages and location

Great weather, beautiful area Seviceerreichbarkeit not available , neither by phone , nor by mail , outdoor facilities very unkempt , kitchen equipment does not meet usual standard . We will book Zoutelande again, but with a local operator

Nous étions super satisfaits, la vue et l'intimité sont tout simplement fantastiques ! Le personnel est super sympa ! La seule chose qui n'était pas terrible à notre arrivée était malheureusement un peu la propreté dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre.

The hus was lovely, well furnished and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The beach is very close, so you can get there quickly.

Wir waren super zufrieden, der Ausblick und die Privatsphäre ist einfach traumhaft! Das Personal ist super freundlich! Das einzige was nicht ganz so toll bei unserer Anreise war, leider etwas die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer.

We were super satisfied, the view and the privacy is just fantastic! The staff is super friendly! The only thing that wasn't so great when we arrived was unfortunately a bit the cleanliness in the bathroom and in the bedroom.

De hu was mooi, goed ingericht en zeer schoon. We voelden ons zeer comfortabel. Het strand is heel dichtbij, dus je bent er snel.
