We stayed at the Wilsumer Berge site for the first time, booked because of the many positive reviews and the ADAC rating, and the booking and use of the app worked great so that we could check in easily. Unfortunately we had to realize that the entire signage in the park was very bad and we had trouble finding our pitch. We had booked a luxury comfort pitch with a view of the lake. The access road to the pitch was unfortunately very narrow and overgrown, so you can quickly run into problems without a mover. Unfortunately, the lake was more of a pond that you wouldn't want to swim in when the weather was nice. There was dog waste on the beach, which was supposed to be dog-free, and the "previous tenants" apparently didn't need to dispose of their dog waste bags on our pitch either. They preferred to dispose of them in the hedge. The path to the wash house was very poorly lit in the evening, definitely too dark for children. The wash house by the lake was very dirty. The drains in the ladies' area were often blocked. The hot water in the men's showers was cold on 2 days. The shower temperatures for the ladies could hardly be adjusted, either boiling hot or freezing cold. By the time you had set the right temperature, the 4 minutes of hot water were almost over. A relaxed shower looks different. The rinsing areas were sometimes so filthy, which was often due to other campers, that you missed everything. But what annoyed us the most was that they offer a great app for the campsite, but don't manage to inform their guests about construction work and therefore noise on the site. From shortly after 7 in the morning, not even 20 meters from your own pitch, there was hammering, sawing and loud music as if you were on a party mile. A complaint at reception was only answered with "then move somewhere else". Relaxation and nature, which is what the campsite advertises, was therefore not possible. Too bad, we would have preferred to leave on the 2nd day if we hadn't had to pay the entire rental price in advance. In general, the place would really have potential if a little more love and care were invested. The situation in the wash houses was the worst we have experienced so far and we are not fussy. On a positive note, the wifi was really stable. All in all, an overpriced place that we will not visit again.

The staff were super friendly, lovely campsite. Our cottage (Oslo) was also nice. Even with underfloor heating. However, the plates and glasses were placed so high that I could hardly reach them. The only negative thing was that there were no garbage cans on the paths. Would be nice if you are traveling with a dog.

Very comfortable and modern pitch with lots of nice features. We had a luxury pitch with its own toilet and shower as well as a ceramic hob, fridge, electricity and sink. It was fantastic and hardly any more expensive! The pitch was very quiet and right by the sea.

Where to start....... I am never from writing reviews but this is going too far. Upon arrival around 5pm we were given the key at the front desk. Upon asking where the snack bar is at the park we were told it was closed. Then we asked for the restaurant because it says on the website that it is present at the park. Also this is closed we were told. 15 minutes drive you have a nice jumbo in a nice shopping center. There but bought some food, the site said that there would be an oven present, I believe it best but in our house was not?! But well it can happen that the park is closed but was nowhere indicated even in the confirmation mail. Upon entering we saw our house where we actually sat. A cottage with white walls with many stains. Spiders sitting in the house and mold in the shower on the ceiling. Plates, cutting boards and glasses that were just all dirty. Nightstands with dust on them. Yes what else actually...... Beds were there, the pillow was on the bed if you lay on it the pillow just disappeared so soft. Beds ending on the outside. Staying in the middle of your bed is impossible. We had booked a weekend from Friday to Monday. We checked out on Sunday morning because we couldn't take it anymore in the cottage. Indicated to the reception about the state of the cottage, here they could not do anything with and was our own problem. That we are checked out earlier yes we can not do anything with it. We should have looked better on the website whether the snack bar or restaurant was open. Super thanks Europarcs we come again. And especially for your understanding until soon!

Very nice vacation park if you are looking for peace, space and a nice place for a couple or a family. The cottages are luxurious and the park is spacious. Swimming pool, playground and a bike rental it's all nicely done.

Quiet park in the polder near Avenhorn. Modern set up,especially the back part. Lots of greenery, no trees. Close to Hoorn, beautiful city. And if you arrive on a Friday. The homemade fries at the fries stand are delicious!

Nice campground overlooking the Meuse River. We could relax and all facilities were available. Only the plumbing is outdated but functional. We went for good food at restaurant down the street. Wifi is available at the campsite.

Nice and neat vacation park, friendly staff, adequate facilities and nice restaurant.

Nice campground within walking distance of a pleasant village. Lovely showers, plumbing was neat and cleaned regularly. Nice reception and good bread service. The bar at the cozy terrace was unfortunately no longer open. Enjoyed our stay with the camper.
