I went with the camper me and my husband, honestly I was not satisfied stay in the thermal pool with a mess of people everywhere impossible to relax x as far as I am concerned the bathrooms of the campground old and not clean ...

We stayed at this campground from 12/31 to 5/1. Very large,well equipped with lots of facilities for both adults and x children. The pool area immense(obviously crowded being the holiday season)so a little difficult to find a cot/pole/ locker in the locker room....but just a little patience. Present bar and restaurant inside usable only with pre-loaded cards or wristband. They do not accept physical money. Animation present both in the pool and outside but not intrusive. Only "flaw" the pitches raining often/snowing become mooolllttooo muddy so either park outside the pitch(along the street) or recommended corridors/passages. For summer there are plenty of outdoor pools with slides and diving boards for all tastes and difficulties. Staff courteous but speak little/no Italian. Highly recommended,we will definitely go back.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo campeggio dal 31/12 al 5/1. Molto ampio,ben fornito di tantissimi servizi sia per grandi che x piccini. L area piscine immensa(ovviamente affollata essendo il periodo festivo)quindi un po' difficoltoso trovare un lettino/poltrona/armadietto nello spogliatoio....ma basta un po' di pazienza. Presenti bar e ristorante al suo interno utilizzabili solo con carte o braccialetto prericaricato. Non accettano soldi fisici. Animazione presente sia in piscina che fuori ma non invadente. Unica "pecca" le piazzole piovendo spesso/neve diventano mooolllttooo fangose perciò o si parcheggia all esterno della piazzzola(lungo la via) o consigliati i corridoi/passatoie. Per l'estate sono presenti tantissime piscine esterne con scivoli e trampolini per tutti i gusti e tutte le difficoltà. Personale cortese ma parla poco/niente l italiano. Consigliatissimo,ci torneremo sicuramente.

They stole all our bags with wallets.Management incompetent in helping us but asking for money right away They were asking us for money for the day state and we said we have nothing they took everything away. Luckily we found a gentleman who spoke in Italian and Slovenian and helped us. The police also that Really little stuff other than complaint and paper to circulate they did not go out of their way to help us because we reported that a group of Roma boys were in front of us and the night before they were circling our tent cart. Unfortunately we said never again in this place .I am writing after a three years but it is to make you understand that it is not really to be trusted even by those who manage

Vacanze in famiglia Una vacanza rovinata dopo un giorno. Ci hanno rubato tutte le borse con i portafogli.La direzione incompetente nel aiutarci ma a chiedere soldi subito Ci chiedevano soldi per il giorno stato e abbiamo detto non abbiamo niente ci hanno portato via tutto. Per fortuna che abbiamo trovato un signore che parlava in italiano e sloveno e ci ha aiutato. La polizia anche quella Veramente poca roba a parte denuncia e carta per circolare non si sono prodigati ad aiutarci perché abbiamo segnalato che un gruppo di ragazzi Rom era di fronte a noi e la sera prima giravano attorno al nostro carrello tenda. Purtroppo abbiamo detto mai più in questo posto .Scrivo a distanza di un tre anni ma è per farvi capire che non è proprio da fidarsi nemmeno da chi gestisce

Dodatna posteljina, peskiri, posudje, igracke, hemija, zaista je opremljeno kao neciji dom. Na stolu vas ceka i kljuc od bicikle,ispred kuce je rostilj, jezero je blizu, svaki detalj u kuci me je odusevio. Sledeci put dolazimo opet u Arijel 🥰
