Bungalow Leo 4/5 - 5 persons

My overall experience at this resort has been very good.
We stayed 6 nights in the Neri bungalows
Location: Good, a 10-minute walk from the beach
Bungalows: Excellent (they’ve only been open for a short time)
Front desk service: Very good
Entertainment: Good—there was practically entertainment all day long
Restaurant: … Excellent—the food was delicious, and the service and facilities were top-notch, with prices matching the quality.
General Services: Average.

I have two complaints about the campground:
They charge extra for parking, and it’s not cheap; I think at least one parking space should be included in the price of the stay, as is the case at 99% of campgrounds.
They don’t have a supermarket—at least a small one for basic items. Read more Show less

The glamping site is literally right next to the A7, which means you have the noise from the highway (trucks, cars, motorcycles…) ringing in your ears 24 hours a day. So as far as peace and quiet goes, forget it.
We stayed in the Hanna bungalow, which was very nice. Everything was spotless, but we were assigned a spot with little pebbles, so … they kept getting into our shoes; the kids were dirty all day; and that pesky kitten kept peeing and pooping right at the door of my bungalow…
They say the glamping area was recently renovated, but it’s clear that the outdoor tables and chairs haven’t been updated. They were made of wood and wobbled like crazy; the seats were cracked, and the glasses were dancing on the table…
The cleaning, maintenance, and entertainment staff… were great, but the reception staff left a lot to be desired. Lacked professionalism and empathy.
For the price, we found the entertainment to be veeeeeeeery lacking—a small pool, a ridiculous slide.
We’re absolutely certain (and we made this clear at the front desk) that we won’t be coming back. For an extra €200, I’d go to an all-inclusive resort with way more entertainment for the kids.
Access to the glamping area was completely unregulated. Anyone who wanted to could get in because the only barrier was a parking fence, but you could easily walk in from the side and take whatever you wanted since the bungalow doors opened very easily (no key fob required), and we didn’t see any security personnel there making sure people followed the quiet hours or anything like that. The glamping site is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The bungalows have everything you need. The service is exceptional. Everyone has been very friendly and always willing to help. It has an entertainment program that’s perfect for the little ones, a slide in the pool... We’re thrilled!

Good morning. Here I am again for another year, thinking everything would be the same, but it’s been a bit disappointing and a bit boring—especially the pool facilities. To be honest, there’s not much there, and the water jets have been out of order for a week with no effort to fix them. It’s all been pretty awful, so I’m thinking I won’t be … coming back next year 🫤. Because between what you have to put up with and how much it leaves to be desired… We’ll stick it out for the last few days we have left, but not with the same enthusiasm. Read more Show less

Thanks for the hosting. We enjoyed it so much, and the service and facilities were excellent. I don't know who left the bad rating, but for us it was an amazing experience. Yes, it's close to the road and can be a bit noisy, but not too much. Even during the concert that was nearby, we were able to rest as expected. Thanks- we'll definitely come back if we have the opportunity to return.
