    In case of non-appearance before 00.00 a.m. on the day of booking without having communicated the delay at check-in, the campsite will retain the full amount charged without the customer having the right to demand a refund. The campsite then reserves the right to offer the accommodation again for rental from the following day.

    A lovely place, but... with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the maintenance of some areas all the stars fell off. The bathrooms on Friday were not too bad, but when we arrived on Saturday night it was impossible to enter because of the bad smells, the lack of hygiene and toilet paper. The next morning they were still just as dirty, only that some loose rolls of toilet paper had been placed in the bathrooms. The paint on the ceiling of the bathrooms is falling off, sinks without countertops there is nowhere to put anything. The area for washing up was full of ants, the garbage had to be taken to the campsite exit.... On the other hand, the accommodation was lovely, here we found the opposite point and the beds were super comfortable with clean bedding. The staff was wonderful and the monitors were great with the kids. Very safe for the kids and they were entertained at all times. Finally I have a bad taste in my mouth about the bathrooms, they should take more care for health....

    Un sitio encantador, pero… con la limpieza de los baños y el mantenimiento de algunas zonas se le cayeron todas las estrellas. Los baños el viernes no estaban muy mal, pero fue llegar el sábado noche y era imposible entrar por los malos olores, la falta de higiene y de papel higiénico. A la mañana siguiente seguían igual de sucios, solo que ya colocaron algunos rollos de papel sueltos en los baños. La pintura del techo de los baños se cae, lavabos sin encimeras no hay donde apoyar nada. La zona para fregar lleva de hormigas, la basura la tenías que llevar hasta la salida del camping… Por otro lado, el alojamiento encantador, aquí nos encontramos el punto contrario y las camas eran supercómodas con ropa de cama bien limpia. El personal maravilloso y las monitoras geniales con los niños. Muy seguro para los niños y estuvieron entretenidos en todo momento. En fin me deja mal sabor de boca el tema de los baños, se debería cuidar más por salud…

    It was fabulous!!!!! A very very good Halloween weekend, with lots of activities, contests, night parties, ... And good in a cottage without giving up the private bathroom. WE WILL BE BACK !!!!

    The campsite is very good in all respects except one very important, the hygiene of the bathrooms is null ... is very disgusting.... is dirty morning, afternoon or evening.... dirty at all hours ... needs cleaning several times a day, please have to improve that to repeat. The beds of the glamping very comfortable, you sleep like a baby....

    We spent the Saturday of Pre Halloween, my child and I and the experience is difficult to explain in words. The campsite is very good but what makes it SPECIAL are the people who work there. I have never seen a team that I took with so much love and so willingly. It is worth mentioning that Carlos, with only 4 years old, in less than a few hours, learned the name of each and every one of them. THANK YOU María, Yoli, Rocío, Irene, Marina, Dani, Ceci, Ari, Conchi...YOU ARE WONDERFUL, or as we like to say, TO GIENA GENTE. A SIMPLY SPECTACULAR HUMAN TEAM!

    Pasamos el sábado del Pre Halloween, mi niño y yo y la experiencia es difícilmente explicable con palabras. El camping está muy bien aunque lo que lo hace ESPECIAL son las personas que lo trabajan. Nunca he visto un equipo que lo llevé con tan buena gana y con tanto amor. Valga destacar que Carlos, con tan solo 4 años, en menos de unas horas, se aprendió el nombre de todos y cada uno de ellos.
