We’re traveling in a 12-meter RV with a trailer—finally, a campground where we can feel at ease, and where people with disabilities will feel welcome. Because we’ve been to plenty of others that don’t meet accessibility standards, and there’s one campground not too far from this one that’s full of steep hills and descents—a real danger ☢️—and the pool is tiny. Thanks to all the campground staff—they were super friendly. The pool is wonderful and huge..!

If you're staying for a couple of days, it's fine because you get it clean and with spare parts.
If it's for a week or more, I don't really recommend it.
If the staff asked you every other day if you needed anything, that would be great. That way, you wouldn’t have to keep asking for toilet paper, soap, towels…
With that improvement, I think the long-stay experience would be much better.

Our experience was very bad from the moment we arrived. The cabin was unclean and in a state of disrepair that we consider unacceptable for accommodations at this price point. The bathroom had severely deteriorated wood and numerous dark stains around the shower area, as well as other visible stains on the walls. The awnings and exterior features were also very dirty.

Upon seeing the condition of the cabin, we immediately reported it to the front desk. They offered to switch our accommodations, and although we were already quite disappointed, we agreed to check out the alternative. The second cabin had virtually the same problems with deterioration in the bathroom, and on top of that, the door got stuck.

In other words, we tried to give them a chance to fix it, but the alternative wasn’t in acceptable condition either. In the end, we had to leave that very same day.

The worst part was the solution offered by the establishment: we requested a refund for the two nights we would no longer be staying, and they refused to give us our money back.

It’s one thing for a one-time problem to arise, but it’s quite another to encounter issues with cleanliness and maintenance, to find that they recur in another cabin, and for the guest to ultimately have to leave without receiving a reasonable solution.

We won’t be returning, and we do not recommend this accommodation. The attached photos clearly show the condition in which we found the cabins.

The glamping cabins for 3 people with a bunk bed are extremely small; there’s no room to move around, and you’re constantly bumping into things. The ceiling is so low that the people on the top bunk feel the heat from the fabric even at night. Add to that the unbearable heat—a fan doesn’t help, especially if you’re on the top bunk. They also need to do something about the Asian hornets; the cabins aren’t protected, and there are specific traps for them. Maintenance is practically nonexistent—the fabric is in terrible shape, and the wood is blackened by moisture. I’m giving it 3 stars because the front desk service, housekeeping, and the noise level are all excellent; the entertainment staff deserves special mention. The way they treat the children and the entertainment provided are wonderful. The pool area is also fantastic. We won’t be returning to Glamping, but I’ll reconsider staying in a bungalow to see if they offer the same services and activities.
The location is also excellent. They should consider installing air conditioning, since even the refrigerator inside the cabin gives off heat, which is counterproductive.
