TL;DR: If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing glamping getaway, don't choose TAIGA. Our stay was marred by constant noise, inaccessible facilities, and a total lack of communication from management. We stayed here expecting a peaceful and relaxing glamping experience (as advertised on their website), but our stay coincided with over 120 children from various schools staying on the premises. The presence of school groups wasn’t the problem; the problem was how this affected the other guests and the lack of information from the establishment. Neither the restaurant nor the pool bar were serving customers outside the school groups—something we weren’t informed of before our arrival. We found this out after waiting nearly 30 minutes sitting in the restaurant without anyone attending to us, only to be finally told that they weren’t serving other customers that day. The pool area was also occupied by organized activities with loud music, a PA system, and entertainment for much of the day. As a result, it was impossible to relax there, and we ended up spending our time at the beach. When we decided to go out for dinner off-site, two buses were unloading children at the campground’s only entrance and exit, completely blocking access and forcing us to wait to get out. They have a spot a little further back that would have accommodated this, but they were unloading right at the restaurant. The worst part was the night. Starting around 10:00 PM, there were children running, shouting, and playing around the accommodations. At 11:30 PM, we politely asked them to respect the other guests’ rest, and we had to do so again after midnight. Even one of the camp counselors intervened. Still, we woke up again around 2:00 AM because they were still playing right next to our glamping tent. To top it all off, the coffee maker in our accommodation wasn’t working in the morning. We went to the bar to buy coffee, and since we paid €2 each, we expected something better. It was so burnt that I ended up throwing it away. The beds were comfortable, but that’s practically the only positive thing I can point out. My biggest disappointment isn’t the presence of school groups, but rather that management didn’t inform us in advance of the impact this would have on the facilities, the dining options, and the overall atmosphere of the resort. The experience was the exact opposite of the relaxing stay they advertise on their website.

This place is all lies and is advertising what is not happening. Those pictures of the pool,is not the actual pool. Not only is it not as advertised,but the pool was closed almost all day yesterday. (It opened up for an hour or two unexpectedly). We were told the life guard was sick and the pool would most definitely be open today. It did not opem at all today. The wind was crazy and the beach inaccessible because of it and there was no pool whatsoever. Which was not what we were told or their page advertised. We all left even though we were supposed to be there tonight. The entire row of glamping sites left because children were upset and everyone felt deceived and not happy. When my husband went to talk to them today,they said that the pool is always closed in May. Which is NOT what we were told yesterday or when we booked. The staff outright lies on multiple occasions and then they told some people they'd get their money back,but told us we wouldn't. We are at a hotel down the street with a lovely open pool,and Mark my words we will be getting our money back from the scam which was pulled on us. We have been traveling for 3 weeks and this was the first time we've encountered such a horrible situation. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. The woman at the front actually said she didn't even care of we gave them a bad review. They don't care and it's ridiculous. We are reasonable kind humans,who were completely lied to and they don't care.

Fine campground within walking distance of a beautiful beach. We were with two boys just 4 and 5 so we rented bikes there. The kids bike didn't work properly but this was fixed the next day and we didn't have to pay for it, very good service. We spent 4 nights at the glamping. Beautiful cozy tent with lovely beds. We only missed a stove for cooking. There is a beautiful swimming pool but unfortunately it was not open. This was clearly stated on the website but overlooked. For our children this was very unfortunate. The campsite store is always open. We missed some fruits and vegetables. In the morning we could get coffee and tea at the bar. Tip: also put a kettle in the tent. But very nice people, good service and beautiful place. Recommended.

Мне очень понравилось! И хочу сказать о том что если вы будете ехать в сезон, когда будет много детей, не рассчитываете что будет полнейшая тишина. Не забывайте, что вы будете жить в палатке!!! И в ней нет шумоизоляции!! Прочитав некоторые комментарии, что шум из соседней палатки и мешал спать и поэтому люди ставят 2 звезды этому прекрасному месту Если вы хотите слышать только звук ветра, птиц и океана, берите палатку и отдыхайте в диком лесу, где уж точно не помешает Спасибо Taiga за гостеприимство
