Holiday Home Villa Torre Nueva is a stylish villa in Conil de la Frontera, Andalusia. The accommodation is suitable for up to 7 people and is a lovely place for a stay with friends or family.

Inside you will find a spacious living and dining room where you can relax together, eat, or play a game. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, among other things, so you can easily cook for the whole group.

The villa has three bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single loft bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one of which is outside and conveniently accessible from the pool.

Outside, you have a spacious garden with palm trees, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. The private swimming pool with sun loungers is ideal for cooling off or quietly enjoying the Andalusian sun. There is also an outdoor shower, so you can easily rinse off after swimming.

For extra comfort, fast wifi, air conditioning, and a washing machine are available.

The location is convenient: shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are within short walking distance. Roche Beach, known for its golden sand, is easily accessible by car. The center of Conil and a local golf course are also nearby.

Please note: water usage may be restricted due to local regulations. The bedrooms do not have heating.

Private parking for two cars is available at the villa. Pets are welcome.
