Summary created out of 184 reviews

The park's location in the Pyrenees is appreciated, close to Aínsa and Boltaña and suitable for nature walks. Staff are described as friendly and professional, particularly at reception and in the shop. The swimming pool with slides is a highlight, especially for families with children. However, many guests complain about maintenance: neglected pitches, outdated sanitary facilities with insufficient hot water, inadequate cleaning and only one washing machine for the entire park. The restaurant has limited opening hours and a sparse offering, and the animation is experienced as disappointing compared to previous years.

It turns out you’re not allowed to camp here with your own tent. That’s fine, but make sure your signage is accurate.
If there are road signs along the street with the “tent” symbol, you’d expect a campground—one where you’re allowed to camp with your own tent.
When I pointed this out, I was told that it’s on the website.
We’re bicycle travelers who decide each day where we’re going and what’s feasible. If a campground is marked on the map, we don’t first go digging through the website to see if you’re allowed to camp there.
After all, when you visit a bakery’s website, you don’t first check to see if they sell bread, do you?

Incidentally, we can’t find anything on the website stating that you’re not allowed to camp with your own tent. As cyclists, we never make reservations. In our experience, more than 95% of campgrounds always have space for people who arrive under their own power (hiking, biking, etc.).

In short, it might be a great spot, but on the signs featuring a tent as a symbol, use a different symbol that’s clear.
Or put a red cross through the symbol so people know they aren’t allowed to camp at this campground.

    NOTE AFTER POSTING
I appreciate the company’s response and sincerely hope they will indeed act on the constructive feedback.
Clear information up front, managing expectations, and clear signage/pictograms on the signs benefit everyone. Win-win

Win- win

I was already in love with Wecamp Cadaqués, but this campground has exceeded my expectations. As a family with a young child, what I appreciate most is the safe and fun pool—with shallow areas and games—and the kids’ club, which has tons of games and an activity leader!

The facilities are also great—everything is new and well-maintained.

We didn’t try the restaurant, so I can’t comment on it—we just ordered a few tapas.

There are lots of interesting places to visit by bike around the campground; you can ride along the river and even go for a swim.

I’d definitely go back and recommend it!

The place was really nice. I didn't stay the night—I went to pick someone up, and a staff member came out. He spoke to me rudely, so I told him I was waiting for someone who works there, and he replied, "Oh, I thought you were a staff member who was supposed to be here." I told him no… he muttered something under his breath and walked away.
I waited five minutes, and he came back out and said, “YOU’RE STILL HERE!??!”
The hospitality and welcome leave a lot to be desired...

Update (August 2026): Although they’ve posted a very formal and polite response here for public consumption, the reality of how this issue was handled has been very different. After I posted my original review, the company used third parties to pressure me into deleting it. They told me I was “causing problems,” when all I was doing was sharing my experience.

Esperé 5 minutos y vuelve a salir y me dice: AÚN SIGUES AQUI!??!

Hi, we just got home after spending 10 dreamlike days there. We stayed in the Family XL Mobile Home. I’m speechless—it was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time with the kids and met some fantastic families. The service from the staff was top-notch…!!! Special shout-out to the Argentine girl at the supermarket and the lifeguard at the pool who kept an eye on the little ones—and the not-so-little ones—at all times… We’re sad to have left but very grateful for the experience, which we’ll definitely repeat…!!! Highly, highly recommended…!!!!
