At the foot of green hills lies the picturesque fishing village of Cudillero, built like an amphitheater around the harbor. Stroll through narrow streets, admire the brightly colored houses, and visit one of the many viewpoints over the bay. In the harbor, sample freshly caught fish and typical Asturian cider. An authentic place full of atmosphere and charm, perfect for a relaxing day of culture, gastronomy, and sea views.

Taste the Flavours of Asturias
Enjoy the pure, local cuisine of Asturias. In Cudillero, you’ll find atmospheric restaurants serving freshly caught fish, shellfish, and crustaceans. Order fabada asturiana, the famous bean stew, or try cider served on the spot in the traditional way. The region is known for its artisanal cheeses and cider houses. A culinary journey full of flavours, traditions, and cosy terraces with sea views.

Wecamp Cudillero is a quiet, small-scale campsite with a family atmosphere and beautiful green surroundings full of hydrangeas. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, with names like David, Cristóbal and Rosana often mentioned. The campsite is located close to the picturesque fishing village of Cudillero and offers a swimming pool, restaurant and various accommodation options. Concerns are raised about the sanitary facilities which are regularly experienced as insufficiently clean, with fluctuating water temperatures and sometimes a lack of paper and soap. The restaurant and small shop also receive criticism for limited offerings and high prices.

There were two of us adults with an 11-month-old baby, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. If you're taking the baby to the beach, it's best to take the car because the road doesn't have a shoulder, but it's a very short drive. It has a very nice pool. The facilities are great. A pleasant experience.

Grata experiencia

I don’t understand the negative reviews… the campground is great, the staff are well-organized, and even though there are rules that aren’t to everyone’s liking, they don’t deserve a 1- or 2-star rating. It seems to me that a lot of snobs who wanted a hotel had to settle for a campground and have no idea what this is all about. Rule number one for … camping with electricity: bring an extension cord and a power strip to ANY campground.
It’s also not as noisy as other reviews say—neither from kids nor anything else.
Personally, I think it’s fine that the restaurant terrace is designated as a smoking area, but there should be ashtrays on the tables so people don’t have to stand smoking right next to the door.
Otherwise, it’s exceptional and packed with great services and lots of useful gear at the Gampling stores.
I’m still here, and I’m going to keep enjoying myself!this is a translation, click here for the original
Yo aún estoy aquí, y voy a seguir disfrutando! -

We stayed for 5 nights. By morning, there was no more toilet paper, and they didn't restock it most days. The showers were a nightmare because they only last 30 seconds, and you have to keep the water running constantly while you lather up. Same thing with the sinks—only two had hot water. We stayed in the safari tents, and the beds were very … comfortable; the tent itself was great. The kitchenware was great. That said, the noise at night was awful—no one respects quiet hours, and no one enforces them. We were right next to the bathrooms, and the noise was terrible until 1:30 a.m., keeping us awake. The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The toilets don’t flush the toilet paper, and the mirrors are foggy—though one plus is that the hair dryers are great. The campsites are a bit cramped. You have to leave your car outside or in a parking lot inside the campground—not next to your cabin.
Overall, it was an average experience, but for the price, I expected better maintenance.this is a translation, click here for the original
Estuvimos 5 noches.

A nice, clean campground with a good pool.
The sites are more spacious than is typical in this part of Spain. The restrooms were clean, though a bit dated, and some doors were sticking or wouldn’t lock because of a broken latch.
Nice little restaurant with occasional live music. We had a delicious meal.
Maybe a little more maintenance on … the green spaces?
Charming tourist village within biking distance, but be prepared for a steep descent and the climb back up on the way home. The surrounding area is also beautiful.
All in all, we were very satisfied.this is a translation, click here for the original
